Welcome to G-1. Our oceanfront home had a complete makeover December 2009. Our condo is freshly painted and totally refurbished. Our ultra-modern kitchen has new, white, cabinets, solid surface countertops, and a glass tile backsplash. G-1 is conveniently located on the first floor directly overlooking the North Tower pool, swash, and Beach Club. Guests will love relaxing on our extra large balcony. Our condo is tiled from foyer to living room and has carpet in the bedrooms. Living room as well as both bedrooms are oceanfront. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, full bath, walk-in closet and small, private, balcony. The guest room has two twin beds, full bath, and direct access to the main balcony. Our kitchen is overstocked with dishes and cookware. We have new appliances. Our condo has been professionally decorated with upscale furnishings and custom drapes and bedspreads. All of our sliding glass doors are new and easy to open and close. We strive to keep our condo exceptionally clean and well maintained. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Thanks so much for making your place like hoe. You had everything that we needed. The view was great and the location is so convenient to all of the famous places like Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the beach. Dear Barra's- thank you for sharing the condo with us. It's a beautiful and comfortable unit. We have enjoyed our stay here. All what we needed was there.
