This nonsmoking, no pets, 3rd floor Brookside condo (elevator or stair access) is beautifully furnished and offers a spectacular view of the 16th hole and lake on the Royal course. While sitting on the lanai or inside at the light and airy dining area, witness the most incredible sunrises, read the paper, enjoy a meal, or watch the golfers coming down the fairway! This beautiful and friendly community boasts a 28,000 square feet clubhouse offering fine informal and formal dining, a pro shop, locker rooms, and fitness center and is centrally located on the shore of the main 38 acre lake, which also serves as the aqua (driving) range. Play tennis on any of the 8 lighted Har Tru tennis courts or golf on the challenging championship Royal or Sabal course, designed by Azinger/Lewis. Go to "The Lodge" and play cards, take an exercise class, shoot a little pool, take a swim, or sit and relax at the Tiki Bar. Or, just simply enjoy the community walking, jogging, or biking the beautiful grounds.
Golf transfer is available for $250.00 per couple which gives you drastically reduced golf fees. Carts are mandatory before 4:00 PM.
