This 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo located on Pineview Reservoir in the scenic Ogden Valley will have you enjoying the beautiful outdoors while staying in the luxury you deserve. The modern Lakeside Unit is fully furnished with granite counters, fireplace, private hot tub on deck, jetted tub, and a washer/dryer.
There are views from upstairs and downstairs of Snowbasin Ski Resort and Pineview Reservior. This is the closet lodging to Snowbasin which is less than a 10 minute drive. Powder Mountain is approximately 15. There are free shuttle's to both mountains that leave and return throughout the day. Discount lift tickets available from onsite property manager.
In the winter you will enjoy downhill skiing, snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, ice fishing, and sledding. The summer offers boating, fishing, waterskiing, swimming (pool or lake), hiking, mountain biking, road biking, golf, horseback riding, and tennis on site.
All this only 50 minutes from the Salt Lake City airport.

My wife and I manage two properties (Park City and Huntville) that are family owned. We met and were married in Park City in 1990 and reside in Huntsville. Having spent over 20 years in the Wasatch Mountains and my entire life in the west, our passions include skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, and windsurfing.
Why the Owner Chose Huntsville
The Lakeside Village condominiums simply have the best location and are the nicest units in the Ogden Valley. They are the closest lodging to Snowbasin and they are on the lake. My wife and I have traveled extensively throughout the west (living full-time on the road in an RV for 7 years). The Ogden Valley is the place we chose to live. It has close proximity to a major airport and "city" services, small town community, majestic scenery, exciting year around climate, and excellent recreational opportunities. As a skier, living between Snowbasin and Powder Mountain is as good as it gets. I have had season ski passes at 10 different ski resorts from California to Colorado. I have also visited every major and many minor resorts in the Western US and Western Canada. And none are better than here. To prove it, we live only 2 miles around the lake from this property.
