Home is in a very small and quite neighborhood. Complete remodel in the last 2 years. The pool/hot tub is less than 2 years old and sits just a few feet from the canal. Fish from your dock or relax in the pool or hot tub. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances. All furniture is high end. Also the home has a 2 car garage.
The yacht is a 31 foot Sea Ray Express cruiser and comes with the home rental. All you have to pay is $30 per hour captain fee and fuel usage. There is a min. of 3 hours captain fee.
The home is located just min. from all major shopping and restaurants. Clearwater beach is about 40 min drive.

This home has been totally remodeled. All new appliances. With the split bedroom arrangement it makes the house very private for 2 couples. The pool and hot tub are less than 2 years old. The canal behind the home has direct access to the gulf and fishing can be done from the private dock. Included with this home is the use of 31 foot yacht. The only expense is fuel and captain fee's.
