This is a great 3 bedroom, 2 1/4 bathroom chalet home with a Lakeview. It is located in Dollar Point and is close to Tahoe City, Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Homewood and Northstar. The house will sleep 9 people and is described below;

Year Purchased: 2004
I grew up in California and have been going to Tahoe ever since I was a young child. This house my wife and I purchased and lived there for a number of years. We now use it as our vacation house. I sell residential real estate and also invest in multi-unit properties.
Why the Owner Chose Dollar Point
Why not Lake Tahoe. The place is beautiful and there is a lot to do for the whole family. It is easy to get to and we just enjoy it. It is close to Tahoe City, has a lake view and is close to many activities.
The Unique Benefits of this House
In the winter it is close to Tahoe city -- Dinner out, shopping, and proximity to a variety of resorts. In the summer we have the same benefits as well as having shared amenities -- Pool, Tennis, Beach.
