BAYSIDE "House on Tillamook Bay" has a very private "get away from it all" feel and is located right on Tillamook Bay near the mouths of the Wilson, Trask and Tillamook rivers. The views of the bay and the surrounding Coast Range Mountains from the house are spectacular. The private dock provides unbeatable access to Tillamook Bay for fishing, crabbing, clamming, Kayaking, sightseeing, stormwatching and more. The House is clean, fully furnished and very well appointed. Some enjoy just hangin out inside the house watching the tides come and go. It's very common to see Bald Eagles, Red Tailed Hawks, Harbor Seals and so much more.
There's an outside firepit perfect for roasting a tasty hot dog or enjoying a roasted marshmallow under a starlit sky. There is plenty of easy parking for boats, trailers and RV's on the flat property. BAYSIDE gives you all the privacy you need yet it's only a 5 or 10 minute drive to Stores, Museums, shopping..etc. BAYSIDE is also centrally located on the northern Oregon coast making it a perfect place to stay for most activities.

Year Purchased: 1988
People come from all across the US to have a chance to catch Fall and Spring Chinook Salmon in Tillamook Bay. I caught this nice #38 lb "King" right in front of BAYSIDE trolling a spinner! Fall Chinook Salmon have been known to reach #60 or #70lbs in the bay.
Why the Owner Chose Tillamook
BAYSIDE has been my private retreat for over 20 years. It first became available as a "Vacation Rental" in August 2009. I bought the property because the location is absolutely incredible. You can get the best of both sides of the bay. Most boats can reach the mighty Pacific Ocean in 15 minutes or less from the dock. Or you can fish the calmer shallow waters of the upper bay in front of BAYSIDE, where kayakers can enjoy miles of tidal tributaries and sloughs. Or you can fish/crab/clam... in between! Having property on Tillamook Bay with access to the main channel at low tide is rare.
Bottom line...location, location, location!!
