This spacious, tastefully furnished one bedroom end unit condominium is located overlooking a quiet marina with stunning down-island views of St. John, the BVI and many other islands.

Watch the yachts come and go while lounging on your private balcony or take a short 1500 foot stroll to beautiful world-renowned Sapphire Beach. The air conditioned walk in level condo sleeps four with a king-size bed in the bedroom and a pullout queen in the living area. Nicely appointed kitchen and open dining area.

Sapphire village offers two pools, one just steps from your door alongside the Sapphire Bar & Grill, the on-site restaurant. The marina offers almost every Water Sport under the sun from BVI or sun set cruise to fishing, para-sailing. Dive shop is on the beach about 700 strides from your door. The dive boat leaves from the Marina below your private patio.

Red hook is less then a mile down the road with boutiques, numerous restaurants, a grocery store and the ferry to nearby St. John.

Summers are a great time to visit, crowds are light, the beaches are delightful and the weather is near perfect. Even in the heat of summer the V.I. has never recorded a temperature above 99 degrees. Give the V.I. a visit in the off season, you won't regret it.

What a fantastic vacation! The condo was fabulous...walk in level, right across from the Sapphire pool and a minute or two walk to the beach pool, and the most incredible views from the balcony of St John and the British Virgin Islands. The condo was furnished nicely and the bed was very comfortable (which I am very picky about, and this one was great). Furnished with everything we needed...even snorkel gear..Sapphire Beach, which is right down the drive (2 minute walk), is the very best snorkeling beach in St Thomas. Walk right in the water and there are great reefs all around you. There is a great restaurant with yummy drinks right across from the condo...you really never have to leave the complex if you don't want to...everything is right there. Tom, the owner, was so helpful and great to work with...I look forward to going back...it is the ONLY place I would stay on the island! I worked as a travel nurse there a few years ago and was housed in these condos, so I am very familiar with them and I really wouldn't stay anywhere else!

MOST WONDERFUL VACATION EVER!!!! RETURNING SOON!!!

Let me start by saying this was the best vacation my husband and I have had the pleasure of taking! Tom the owner of this condo is more than a JOY to work with. He has this beautiful condo equipped with everything you could possibly need. The view off the balcony is amazing you can see St. John and many other cays.. There is also a bar called Sapphire Bar and Grill right by the pool which is very close to the condo, as well as the laundry facility.. Everything we had to eat and drink at the Sapphire Bar & Grill was always very yummy and all cooked to order! April and Cleveland that work at the grill are wonderful fun people! The town of Red Hook is just a few minutes away where there are many different restaurants, bars, shopping, and the ferry that takes you to various places. We rented a car because we wanted to have the freedom of exploring the island on our own.. Definately recommend renting a car because the taxi rides can get a little pricey as much as we moved around. They also have a shuttle you can take for a $1.00 which is great but you have to wait on them to come to you and they quit running after dark. St. Thomas has so many beautiful beaches such as Megan's bay, Coki Beach, and of course Sapphire bay. There are more but these were our favorites! Be sure to take a couple of day trips over to St. John and go to Trunk Bay!!!! The most beautiful beach ever! We enjoyed this condo because we like to cook and got to cook breakfast most mornings and dinner a few nights. Eat at Molly Malones for breakfast! So good! There are so many good things to say about the condos location. Its gated, safe, clean, pretty, and well taken care of. My husband and I travel quite a bit and I will say that the owner Tom was the most wonderful person to work with. We can't say enough good things about him and all the help and information he gave us.. He was amazing... We spent 10 nights at this condo and loved every minute of it and was not ready to go home.. We plan on returning hopefully this year for 10 more nights.. St. Thomas is the most beautiful place we've been... Thank You Tom for renting us your wonderful condo and hope to rent it again soon!!! PS: Tom also has another condo that is a little smaller with a great location as well. Check it out too! PSS: If you like jewlery go into the town of Charlotte Amalie and do some shopping... Very good prices on diamonds!

Fantastic vacation

We stayed at this condo for a week in October. It was one of the best vacations I ever had. The condo had everything you needed and then some. Snorkel gear, beach chairs, coolers! Clean and quiet. Location was very convieient as well, October is the off season so many restaurants that were suggested were closed for repairs/renovations but we still managed to eat and drink very well!

Limen on da beach Condo is great! It was hard coming back and getting back into the grind of things. I miss waking up when the sun rises, seeing the ocean out the window, and spending the days at the beach. I also miss my "breakfast", lime in d'coconut drink, courtesy of the Banana Cabana on the beach. We took your advice and didn't use A/C during the day, definitely not needed due to constant winds. We really enjoyed the condo - it was a perfect set up for us.

What a wonderful condo!

We recently returned from a two week stay at Tom's condo and found everything about it to be wonderful. The view was breath taking, and watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony was superb. The condo was well stocked with everything that we needed for our stay. The location is ideal for trips to Red Hook and the St. John's ferry, and if you decide to beach it for the day at Sapphire, it's a short walk away. We sailed on Nightwind on our last day there and it was a great trip, great crew, and great snorkeling, we would recommend it. We found the new management at the pool side restaurant to be very friendly and the food was good. We even were able to watch a basketball playoff game there on an evening when the power was out...a real bonus for Tom! (Great use of generator power by the way) We also took our first trip to L attitudes and had a good dinner there. They were nice enough to take our picture too. Also, for great pizza, try Island Time, yum! We had a some rain the first week, but when talking with locals there, they were excited as it had been dry and they very much needed the water, so as long as it's warm outside, it's okay! So we would like to again say thanks for sharing your wonderful condo, and some good info about local spots to visit, and we are truly missing the warmth, and the sun. We would go back in a heartbeat.

We stayed here in February, 2011 and loved the location. The owner was fabulous to work with and communicated with us throughout the entire process, as well as checking with us the day we arrived. The condo was very clean and well maintained. It is a great location near Red Hook, so it was easy to take the ferry to St. John. The 2 excursions we went on were right outside the condo at the marina, so we just walked across the dock to get to them. We recommend the trip to the BVI's, ending with the Soggy Dollar Bar.The food in Red Hook was very good and we especially enjoyed breakfast at Molly Malones. The grocery store in Red Hook had everything we needed and was convenient (it was a little pricey, but worth the convenience for us). You can go down the road and check out the local, larger grocery store too. I would recommend this place to anyone and we plan on returning. Steve and Debbie from Des Moines, IA

I'll continue to upgrade the place as time and budget allow so you'll notice some changes at each return visit. Having the marina at your feet makes for an entertaining quiet view and a huge advantage. FYI the studio condominium in the adjoining building owned by a family member is currently being fully outfitted with a new kitchen and bath. I will be offering it for rent on VRBO within weeks. Like my one bedroom the studio location is superior; Marina Front with the added views, air flow and privacy only offered by the units located at the end of the building. If you ever plan on being there with friends you might consider renting both. You'll be close enough to see your friends whenever you are on your private balconies: close enough to wave but far enough that you won't be sharing conversations. It is of course smaller then a 1 bedroom but whenever I am there I only use the inside to sleep and eat in so elbow room doesn't matter. I am anxious to return, I understand the on-site restaurant has continued to improve after changing hands last fall. Glad you found Molly's for breakfast, did you try X.O. for a quiet lunch or make it to my favorite "funky-town" Latitudes for music and frivolity? St. Thomas has been in our family's hearts for more then 60 years and I feel honored to have been given the opportunity to share some of what is so special to me with the two of you. Please think of me again when you need to plan your next escape from the heartland. BTW St. Thomas is not just for winter anymore, the summers are glorious. Most people have no clue that the highest recorded temperature is 99 degrees. Most the continental U.S gets hotter then that. Hope to hear from you soon. TB

The condo was clean, well maintained and had a very comfortable bed. The view was amazing. Location was great, it was an easy walk to Sapphire beach and convenient to the pool. A GREAT, GREAT stay

5 nights was definitely not enough. I found myself daydreaming about living there as I'm sure most guests do. It was all the description says and more. Clean, well maintained and very close to the local food mart and restaurants. Tom is a pleasure to work with and goes out of his way to answer any question or concern you may have. I plan on going back at least once a year, hopefully more. Many thanks again, Tom, for contributing greatly to my brief but beautiful stay in paradise.

Paradise in St. Thomas

I want to give it more stars! Perfect spot. Overlooks marina, ocean, several islands. You are totally refreshed once you sit on the patio put your feet up and overlook everything. Location is close to Red Hook and ferries to other islands. The Marina at Sapphire is great since they have trips for snorkeling to St. John and BVI - did both and the convenience of just walking down to the boat was awesome. Condo has everyting you need and very clean. Got there Saturday afternoon and luggage arrived Tuesday night didn't phase me, had everything I needed, bed, bath, drinks and gorgeous view. Tom provided everything you needed and more, where to go, what to do, etc, provided all the information you would need and more. People at Sapphire were very friendly and helpful. Snorkeling right at the beach if you want. Where else can you go and have everything right there? Went to Red Hook every night - took the safari/bus and taxi home - Duffy's Love Shack will miss me...you don't need a car unless you really want to explore the island but I was there to relax and it was accomplished on the 1st day. No need to worry about loosing a key it's a combo lock on the front door. Definately recommending it to friends and I will be back sooner than later - 29 yrs between is way to long. Thank you Tom for providing a relaxing vacation at the condo.

6 days in paradise, absolutely satisfied condo was exactly, what we were looking for AC works great just renovated bathroom is gorgeous beautiful romantic sunrises, and sunsets, ocean view from the deck step away from sapphire beach, and docks room was cleaned well wanted to mention specially, owner is a very nice person, polite, responsive, descriptive in communication Tom, if you are reading this, my sincerely best wishes to you and your business, thank you for everything, will definitely recommend this condo to anyone who reading this. --- Thanks.
