The available amenities are extensive with something for everyone. The area is well established and occupies the most scenic mountain areas in the Eastern USA. The mild climate in the summer/fall for being in the south is a big plus. Another welcome advantage is the small town charm and lack of overbuilding found in many other areas in this region.
