We rented this apartment for 10 days last year and we were happy with it. It's perfectly located and although it's on a noisy street, you can't hear much at night. The place was clean and just like you see in the photos here. However, we did find some problems. The sofa was really unconfortable and we wouldn't have cared much about if it wasn't strictly necessary to sit on it to use internet, as no WiFi connection was available. This was a hassle, as both my husband and I needed to use our computers. Also, we really enjoying cooking (and San Lorenzo market was nearby), but cookware was scarce, so we couldn't do much. All in all, it's a great place to stay in Firenze, as long as you don't want to cook or use the internet.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
Owner response: Thanks for your review. In the meantime, as you rented this apartment more than 7 months ago, I have done significant changes: new sofa, surely more confortable now, lots of extra cookwares for an easy and more daily cookings, wifi connection in the entire building, so that now every apartment has as wifi internet connection. I hope to have you again as my guest again, at least to try the new changes. Kind regards Gianna

Apartment was in the perfect location, use the market around the corner for a cheap homemade meal. The owner tried to install wifi but it interfered with others in the building. A suggestion would be to have a professional install the wifi as it is needed for IPad travelers. Easy walk to train station for day trips, you get used to the stairs after a few days.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

This apartment is not the original listed on VRBO but the one next door as the Falleri Apartment was not available for the dates we required. The apartment is everything as described in the photos and description. It was spacious and comfortable. It is showing a lot of wear and tear of being a holiday let - with damaged walls; and ill fitting kitchen cupboards. The kitchen was not well stocked for making a 'typical fresh Tuscan salad' having neither cutting boards, sharp knives or salad bowls. However we had the best food ever tasted in the Restaurant downstairs! We had a great time with the location of the apartment it could not be in a better position for all the sights of Florence - but those with heavy luggage or not used to stairs really should carefully consider the fact that the apartment is on the third floor and there is no lift - it really does have a lot of stairs. If that does not worry you then you could not have a better location and good quality apartment stay in Florence! The apartment was clean and airconditioning worked well. Gabriella was very helpful and friendly. There is only cable broadband internet - no WiFi. All in all we would recommend this apartment to those who want to do all the sights in Florence.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
Owner response: Thanks Terry and Kim for your review and for your "suggestions" as we keep in great consideration the opinion of all our guests. New cutting boards and knew sharper knives are now in the apt! Hope to have you again in my apartments your next time in Florence. Kind regards. Gianna Galeota
