The apartment is in a old farm ( 1750 ) all renovated, in a hamlet near the lake d'Annecy. Near a beach where you can swim in a pure blue water from June until end of September.
Near a cycling road that follows the lake ( 2 bikes are provided ). In Sevrier you can make all sports. You are near restaurants, shops, bus and nature.
The mountains are all around, you can walk and in the winter you can ski. The apartment is in a Savoyard style, with lot of wood, warm and comfortable. Very pleasant to live in, well furnished and with all comfort.

Bonjour, Nous habitons à Sevrier près du lac d'Annecy depuis 30 ans, et je trouve cet endroit toujours aussi beau et agréable à vivre. We have lived 30 years in Sevrier near the Lac d'Annecy, and I have found this place always beautiful and nice to live. We have a good life there, and everybody finds this place wonderful (scenery, activities, way of life). I would like to explain it better, but my English is poor. Sorry. What a pleasure to swim, during the summer, every morning in the pure and blue water of the Lac d'Annecy. And what a pleasure to cycle along the Lac to arrive in the old town of Annecy. We are near everything: restaurants, shops, bus, boat. And if you like walking, all these mountains around await you (walking or skiing). Annecy is a beautiful town, near a wonderful lake.
