The three-story house is located four minutes from Lake Arrowhead Village. It is on a single-loaded, quiet street with minimal traffic. It is within walking distance to local shops, grocery store, restaurants, the lake, and The Village. Just two short blocks away is access to the Lake Arrowhead Trail that circles the entire lake.
Everything you need is provided for you. New towels, new bed linens, all kitchen amenities needed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. A wood-burning stove located in the main room will heat you up after a long day of skiing. The kitchen is open to the main room for ease of entertaining. Relax on the plush leather couch while looking out the floor-to-ceiling windows to enjoy the forest view. There is a deck off the main room and a deck off the bedrooms on the lower floor.
There is a queen bed in the master and second bedroom. There are bunk beds in the third bedroom with a twin futon for an additional sleeping space. Upstairs, there is a loft that makes a perfect playroom for children.
