Perfect home away from home!!! Sept. 30 - Oct.25, 2011

My husband and I recently stayed here while visiting our daughter. The location was perfect - very short commute to our daughter's as well as to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops and other necessary stores. Neighborhood was ideal for our morning walks. Floyd and Karina were very helpful with information regarding the area and answering all our questions prior to renting. The house was perfect, very clean and well maintained. Pictures truly represent how nice it is - all the necessities and then some. So nice to have a dishwasher, washer and dryer, air conditioning and nice patio to enjoy the morning sun. Throughout our stay, it was very quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Weather throughout the month was exceptional - sunny each day with one partial day of rain, however, the afternoon was still sunny. Without a doubt, we would recommend the house to family and friends visiting the area. Ideal location in regards to freeways as well as public transportation stops within a block. Very short commute to Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood and many other areas of interest. Staying here was truly a pleasure and one we will always remember. Thank you so much Floyd and Karina for providing such an outstanding rental property.

Recommended for:Tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

I stayed in the apartment in July and it was a very clean and nice there! The location is between 25th and 26th street and it was very silent there (no traffic sounds or any other unpleasant noise!)The apartment has a big kitchen with everything you need (coffee maker, a big freezer with fridge, an oven, all cooking utensils,dishes,microwave.....)The bathroom was also very nice, especially highlighting was the window!The bedroom has a cozy bed and you can also relax in your bed by watching TV with the convertible Flat-TV(you can move the TV from the living room to the bedroom)so I watched many world cup games there!They provide all towels, and all linens.And in the summertime months the aircondition is also very helpful!Those who stay there longer, the washing machine is alos very helping!At all it was a very pleasant and enjoyale stay there, and the owners can help you with any problems or requests you may have, because they live only a few steps away!I would definitely come back there!!!Nice greetings from Germany, Elke
