Beautiful 3 BR 2.25 Bath fully furnished including linens,towels and kitchen appliances and utensils. Sit on the patio and watching the sun coming up is breath taking. Large windows in the back have a beautiful view of the mountains in the background. The two upstairs bedrooms are separated with a full bath. The bedroom in front has glass sliding doors out onto a small balcony that you can watch the sunset. There is a mountain view in three directions and they never look the same.
Mexico is an hour south with wonderful shopping at Tubac, missions to explore and more golf courses on the way. Nearby are the historic towns of Bisbee, Tombstone (the town that won't die), and Patagonia to name a few.

We have been coming to Arizona for years. There are numerous things to do in any direction. The convenience of the airport 20 minutes away but out of the busy city. The people are wonderful and always something to do.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Beautiful townhouse. 1800 sq. ft. with high ceilings and plenty of room. We can sit on the back patio and watch the sun come up over the Santa Rita mountains or watch the sunset on the front patio.

I'm retired and my wife is a flight attendant. Fell in love with the climate, people and activities around Vail. We have been going to Tuscon for over 10 years and finally decided to get our own place. There are still things we have not had time to explore. Every visit is different.

Had a fabulous time. Everything I wanted to do was so handy. I was able to go to Mexico in the morning and visit the mission in the afternoon. Loved having coffee on the patio watching the golfers. Can't wait to go back.
