This is a must see. There are few homes of this quality and convenience on the lake. The entire cabin has been remodeled marrying rustic mountain features with modern design and amenities. The open floor plan features a living room, family room, game room, dining room, wet bar, patio and decks all with unobstructed views of the lake and mountains.
The large master suite and private deck is a romantic retreat. The beautifully landscaped yard is fully fenced, grassy, and flat. Perfect for kids to play safely. Walk through the gate and swim in the lake, play on the dock, or suntan on the secluded beach. Ski resorts are less than 5 minutes away. And, if you're looking to shop or go out to eat, don't worry about driving. Just take a short walk to "The Village" and its award winning stores, restaurants and bars.
Just outside of the cabin, you can also enjoy the lake while sitting in the 7 person hot tub! The new boat dock also offers Jet Ski docking on either side of it. There are few homes of this quality on the lake and we hope you will enjoy it for years to come!

Why the Owner Chose Big Bear Lake
My wife and I were looking for a vacation spot we could take our children and friends that was fun, clean, safe, and convenient. We wanted a place that had easy access to water sports, mountain sports and night life. We looked at all the West Coast mountain resorts over a two year period and found, what we think, is the perfect getaway.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The house is convenient. Located on the water with secluded beach, private dock for boats and jet ski's. It is within walking distance of two marina's and "The Village" where you can enjoy the local restaurants, bars, and shops. It is also very close to three ski resorts and numerous mountain sport activities like walking, running, hiking, dirt biking, mountain biking, fishing, camping, etc. The house is safe. Although the house is close to all the local activities, it is located on a quiet and exclusive street. The yard is large, flat, grassy, and fully gated. It is perfect for young kids. The house is fun. Pool table, spa, BBQ, Bar, Big Screen TV and two other TV's, large entertainment area, multiple decks, large yard to throw the ball, and a deck to fish or swim from. Our kids are never board. The house is beautiful. I wish we could take credit for designing and decorating the house but we can't. The previous owners put a ton of work into the house. It was by far the nicest house we saw while looking to buy.
