Guest bedroom is beautifully furnished with a queen-size bed, and mirrored closet doors. Bedrooms are carpeted and the rest of the floors are ceramic tiled. Hall bath has a shower, toilet, pedestal sink, and cabinet for storage.
The Living Room at Hillsdale House is comfortably furnished and nicely decorated. Kitchen has been completely remodeled with new appliances: dishwasher, garbage disposal, self-cleaning oven, and side-by-side refrigerator/freezer. Cupboards are stocked with dishes, pots and pans, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, towels and dishcloths. A comfortable dining area seats six and snack bar seats two.
Den has a twin-size daybed with trundle, fireplace, and TV/Stereo. This home has central air. Sliding glass doors lead to an enclosed lanai that has a full-size futon. Renters have full use of club/pool membership a few minutes from the house.
Hillsdale House is close to beaches, cities, and major attractions. These attractions include Disney World, Sea World, Busch Gardens, Sponge Docks, and Circus World. Hudson Beach, Dunedin Beach, and Clearwater Beach are only 10 to 30 minutes away from your home.

Year Purchased: 2000
My parents moved into this new home upon retirement in 1970. My family and I spent many wonderful and fun filled visits in this home. The kids loved to fish in the near-by canal and walk to the pool when we weren't out and about taking day trips to other points of interest. We also enjoyed swimming in the Gulf as several beaches were a short distance away. In 2000, I had the opportunity to purchase this house from my parents' estate. Since then, we completely gutted and remodeled the house and added a beautiful master bath. My children, now bring their children for yearly visits and thoroughly enjoy their stays.
Why the Owner Chose New Port Richey
This was a family home. We wanted to continue to use it among ourselves and make it available for others to enjoy, also.
