This beautifully decorated, spacious three bedroom has everything you need to get into a relaxed mood: a view of the beach and the Gulf from the 12th floor, a deep breezy balcony that fronts on the beach and two bedrooms (including master) with glass wall/sliding doors to the balcony. Each spacious bedroom has its own bathroom, the master has a large shower stall separate from the jet-tub. All rooms have ceiling fans, too!
When you first walk in, you'll remark how big the living spaces are! The fully appointed kitchen is open and spacious and is only separated from the living/dining area by a big granite bar with seating for four. The living room has a cozy sofa and loveseat that face the water. There are televisions and DVD players in every bedroom and the living room, which also has a stereo system.
The building has only 4 units on each floor so that you're not sharing everyone else's party. For play outside of the unit, there is a fenced playground with slides, etc., and two pools, (one horizon pool on the beach, the other is inside upstairs). The fitness room, complete with machines and weights, looks out onto the beach, too. Restaurants, groceries, a water park and spas are all within a 5 minute drive.

Why the Owner Chose Island Tower
We chose this building because it is very well designed with deep, long balconies, spacious bedrooms and living areas and covered entrance. It has only four units on each floor so you feel more like the floor is all yours. And it is one of the newer buildings on the beach.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Our unit has a beautiful view of the sunrises and sunsets, being on the twelfth floor. We also upgraded many of the amenities and coverings so that when we stayed here, we'd feel like we were in a special place!
