Why the Owner Chose Ketchum
We looked for several years before we bought our unit while under construction and customized it. The main feature is its great location so close to the bottom of River Run Ski area and only blocks to town. Also because the unit has underground parking that's great in the winter, and elevators that provide us easy access.

We live and work in Washington State (Seattle) but vacation three or four times a year in Sun Valley. We fell in love with the area and all there is to do here in every season. Our family comes here every year to enjoy the relaxing, clean, natural environment and boundless recreational opportunities.
