The condo is small but nicely furnished, clean and well maintained. It is conveniently located to restaurants, golf courses, fishing and has good beach access. The balcony is small but has a great view of the beach and sunsets. We did have some noise issues with the younger group slamming doors next to us, but it was the beginning of spring break so I guess that was to be expected. Not sure they understood how badly the sound traveled through our room, but after asking them nicely to close the door quieter they finally settled down. The covered parking areas are really nice, but if you have a large car or truck you will have to park on the first level as the parking deck is very tight quarters. Elevators are slow, but not too bad...they should have put in separate elevators for cleaning and maintenace crews. The only reason for not giving an excellent rating is the price seemed a little high for a 1 bedroom condo.

This unit was clean and bright. The living room furniture was not so comfy... but who stays inside all that much during a beach vacation! I do not recommend it to anyone who uses a wheelchair. It won't fit through the bathroom door so I couldn't get to the tub. My wheelchair fit through the half bath door but I couldn't close the door. I had no privacy when in the bathroom. I would recommend this unit to my friends. For the price it was a good place to stay.

My husband and son (5) had a great time !! Great condo and very quite ! Enjoyed the beach, such great time of the year to be there- great weather and no crowds. The pool was nice too.
