Come and enjoy our beautiful 1,580 sq. ft., three bedroom, two bathroom, waterfront, condo! Our large, open living room and dining room is accented by a full wall of glass sliders to the 26’ long lanai. The screened in lanai has two gliders and a table for four, so you can have your morning coffee, or meals while enjoying the large canal just outside your door! Great fishing, right off the dock.
The good size, kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and great for cooking. There is a large food pantry and plenty of cabinet space.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large private bath with two vanities. A huge California closet is a great addition to the master bedroom and bath. There is an adjoining room which is used as a home office / den which has a sleep sofa and double closet in the room. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and large double closet.
Just at the corner of the building is the beautiful, large, in-ground pool which is shared with other owners. Covered parking keeps your car out of the direct sun. Our boat dock is just minutes from the Caloosahatchee River. The wide, Phoenix canal is sailboat accessible with no locks and no bridges, direct access to the River. Dock your boat right outside your door!
Our home is located just off Beach Parkway, a quick walk to Jaycee Park! Cape Coral has many great restaurants, and lots of shopping areas. The public beach is wonderful and is a perfect place to see a perfect sunset. We are just south of Ft. Myers, home of spring training for the Boston Red Sox, Manatee Park, Fort Myers’ Beach and Flea Masters the World’s Largest Flea Market! We are a short drive to Sanibel and Captiva Islands, which have beautiful public beaches that are awesome for shelling! Other quick trips include Pine Island, the Fishing Port of Matlacha, Naples, and Bonita Springs. Just 25 minutes from Ft. Myers Airport. Activities include, deep sea fishing, boating, all water sports, shelling, shopping, bingo, dog racing, etc., etc., etc.!
Our home at the Anna Maria Condos is an over 55 community, so one of you must be at least 55 years old. The community requires a minimum stay of 3 months. We have a strict no smoking rule inside our home.

We searched Florida for years for the perfect location. We settled on Cape Coral, we loved the west coast beaches! Cape Coral has so much to offer in the area, great restaurants, great shopping, many activities. But, it is also wonderful for just lounging around!
