Why the Owner Chose Grand Summit
Over ten years ago I bought two condos at The Canyons pre-construction and still own both units today. In my opinion, Utah skiing is the best anywhere because of its convenient accessability and for having the lightest powder anywhere! The Canyons Resort is the best ski area in Utah because of it's diverse terrain and uncrowded runs. There are hardly any lift lines! The resort itself is high-end without being overpriced or snooty.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo-Hotel
My condos enjoy great views of the ski area and overlooks the outdoor pool. In the spring and summer the balconies get great afternoon sun! The hotel unit has three seperate adjoining rooms - each with it's own full bathroom and hall entrance. This allows for the unit to be divided and prorated.
