The building is a small private one with only four big apartments in it. Unlike a lot of the central parts of Paris, noisy neighbours should not be issue. The buildign belongs to one private owner, which means that the common parts (building entrance, hallway, staircase, elevator) are all maintained to the highest of standards.
The apartment floorplan is perfect: an entrance and corridor distributes onto a big double living / dining room; two equal sized bedrooms (the first with Queen double bed, the second with two single beds), a gorgeous and spacious shower room with twin wash basins, and a big kitchen with all the equipment you’ll need.
