This apartment on the 3rd floor with lift is quiet and sunny thanks to a large window. It is furnished in a functional and elegant manner and consists of is a large living room (with a double sofa-bed), a kitchenette and bathroom (with shower), and a spacious mezzanine with a wrought iron spiral staircase leading up that houses a double bed (or singles if preferred).
The kitchenette is fitted out for four/five people with stove, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave oven, washing machine, dryer etc. Satellite television, individual heating system, air-conditioning, safe, hairdryer etc. All the bed-sits are supplied with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen.
Only recently renovated, this apartment is located in the historic centre of Florence, just a stone’s throw from the Duomo and all the main monuments and galleries.
