Back on the rental market, this beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is just what you need to unwind and relax without breaking the bank to do so. The view from the living room is wonderful. You can sit on the balcony overlooking the water and breathe in the pristine air and plan your day of doing nothing...or something, it's your life-you need to enjoy it.
There is no hustle and bustle in this quaint village called Crystal River. It is a best kept secret and there is no over development like in so many vacation areas.
If you want peace and quiet this is the place for you. It's not a town that doesn't have places to go though. There is a mall with a movie theater. Quaint shops located along the village's main street. The freshest seafood straight from the days catch can be enjoyed at many local restaurants. Or you can purchase the freshest seafood at Shrimp Landing; here you might see a shrimp boat unloading his catch! Can't get fresher than that!
The kitchen has been updated and there are new appliances. It is carpeted and has wood floors in the kitchen/hallway/and breakfast nook. One bathroom has ceramic floors and the other has wood flooring. The furniture in the bedrooms has a tropical/island feel to it. All furnishings throughout are new.
We hope you enjoy our little piece of paradise as much as we do. The kids love the pool area. The condo association just purchased new lounge chairs/tables and umbrellas.

Why the Owner Chose Crystal River
We decided to buy our condo in Crystal River because we fell in love with the little old fishing village. Plus our Dad lives 3 miles away from the condo, so it is very convenient when we visit him. Since we live in NY, he is the go to person for us when we have renters. He has lived in Crystal River for almost 15 years. He loves it and calls it his paradise. We love how close Tampa airport is especially now with the Suncoast Highway!!! Orlando is also only about 90 minutes away. We go to Disney World and all the attractions close by the condo. We love to golf and go boating too so this is another reason why we love Crystal River, Florida!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love waking up and sitting on the balcony that overlooks the water and the docks. The fish jump early in the morning and it is so quiet and peaceful that we always hate to leave. The Manatees are breathtaking to watch. Crystal River is the Manatee capital! Scuba Divers come to Crystal River to be certified. Our balcony overlooks the dock we use for our boat which is a nice feature having the boat right there. The boat is removed when we aren't there, so if you have a boat you can ask about using the dock.
