Property description

A private home located at 68 Reliance Drive, in the French Creek historic district of Breckenridge, Colorado. The home is less than 5 minutes from downtown Breckenridge, supermarket, liquor store, Breckenridge recreation center and ski area gondola. Within 200 yards there is a free bus shuttle to downtown, the ski area and other locations.

This is a comfortable, roomy vacation home which offers the convenience of driving to the front door. The location offers a magnificent view of the mountains and ski runs. The accommodations include a master bedroom (queen bed) with bath, two other bedrooms (queen bed and two twin beds) with adjoining bath, and convertible sleeping sofa. There is ample seating, a well-stocked kitchen, washer / dryer, cable HDTV, Weber grill and other amenities (see list below). A wood-burning fireplace, with wood supplied, adds to the charm.

The shared French Creek recreation center has two club houses and outdoor areas. One clubhouse contains a pool, two jetted hot tubs, sauna and dressing rooms. The other contains a large seating area, pool table, ping pong, fireplace, large screen TV and Wi-Fi. The outdoor area has tennis courts, sand volleyball court, horseshoe pits, basketball court, covered picnic area, and large children’s playground.

Our home is extremely well located: Downtown Breckenridge (1 mile), Lake Dillon (9 miles), Keystone ski area (13 miles), Copper Mountain ski area (15 miles), Arapahoe Basin ski area (17 miles) and Vail (35 miles). Discount ski tickets and passes can be purchased at Denver-area King Sooper supermarket locations.

We’ve enjoyed our vacation home for many years and hope you will too. The primary renter must be 25 or older. For consideration of others, this is a no-smoking and no-pets vacation home.
