A private home located at 68 Reliance Drive, in the French Creek historic district of Breckenridge, Colorado. The home is less than 5 minutes from downtown Breckenridge, supermarket, liquor store, Breckenridge recreation center and ski area gondola. Within 200 yards there is a free bus shuttle to downtown, the ski area and other locations.
This is a comfortable, roomy vacation home which offers the convenience of driving to the front door. The location offers a magnificent view of the mountains and ski runs. The accommodations include a master bedroom (queen bed) with bath, two bedrooms (queen bed and two twin beds) with adjoining bath, and convertible sleeping sofa. There is ample seating, a well-stocked kitchen, washer / dryer, cable TV, Weber grill and other amenities (see list). A wood-burning fireplace, with wood supplied, adds to the charm.
The shared French Creek recreation center has two club houses and outdoor areas. One clubhouse contains a pool, two jetted hot tubs, sauna and dressing rooms. The other contains a large seating area, pool table, table tennis, large screen TV and Wi-Fi. The outdoor area has tennis courts, sand volleyball court, horseshoe pits, basketball court, covered picnic area, and large children’s playground.
Our home is extremely well located: Downtown Breckenridge (1 mile), Lake Dillon (9 miles), Keystone ski area (13 miles), Copper Mountain ski area (15 miles), Arapahoe Basin ski area (17 miles) and Vail (35 miles). Discount ski tickets and passes can be purchased at Denver-area King Sooper supermarket locations.
We’ve enjoyed our vacation home for many years and hope you will too. The primary renter must be 25 or older. For consideration of others, this is a no-smoking and no-pets vacation home.

Our family of 4 (all adults) stayed here for vacation in Aug 2011. We had a great time. The house is older, but clean well stocked and great location to town. There is a babbling river in back of the house that lulls you to sleep. The beds sheets and towels were great quality. If you want fancy and new this may not be your place. If you'd rather sleep well, cook in and spend money on outside adventures and happy hours here is a great house. The owners were great to work with, in reference to payment and deposit returns. They had a great supply of staple ingredients even hot chocolate in case of a chill after a sudden Aug. rain. We hated to leave that view from the spacious outside deck. I would stay again and recommend to any family on a budget STAY HERE!!!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, girls getaway.

We stayed at this fine home in Feb and absolutely loved it. Far enough away from the action to be nice and quiet, yet close enough to get anywhere quickly. Accommodations for eight worked out great for our party of six. No real frills but great value for the money...probably the best deal in Breckenridge! We have already made reservations for Christmas.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

We love this place! We have stayed a few times and the views, proximity to downtown, space, and convenient location for skiing Brek as well as other mountains and avoiding I-70 is perfect! We would highly recommend this place to anyone...I know we'll be back as often as we can.

This Breckenridge home is convenient, well-maintained, and has so much more privacy with bedrooms than trying to stuff everyone into a condo where people are sleeping in the living room.
