Located on a quiet street, with light and bright open floor plan, this house has everything you need to enjoy a magical Florida vacation and feel at home at the same time. The house comfortably sleeps 6 people, there is a pullout bed in the living room that will easily accommodate 2 more. If you're traveling with small children, we provide a high chair and activity table with four chairs. 2 car garage with room to store your canoe or your kayak. Radio, alarm clocks, 32” flat screen, cable TV, DVD player and high speed wireless Internet access are included.
Conveniently located and close (20 min. drive) to the best Gulf beaches in Florida (Manasota beach, Venice beach, Siesta Key) and famous Warm Mineral Springs (10 min drive). Believers in the healing powers of Warm Mineral Springs (87F degrees year around) say that the highly mineralized waters help ease back pain, gastrointestinal illnesses, various skin diseases, sinusitis and many other ailments.
Close to shopping, dining, golf courses, and many cultural attractions. Lara & Sparky, We greatly enjoyed our month in your house. It is spacious & comfortable & the layout lends to a lot of privacy when sharing with another couple. Its proximity to highway 41 is so very convenient for shopping & visiting other cities. The book of information about the area was extremely helpful. The internet was a plus since we had a teenager with us & she never lost touch with friends on Skype. The beaches are beautiful especially Siesta Key which is only 50 minutes from here...

The home is just lovely, it comes equipped with everything one needs to be comfortable. Lots of dishes, pots and pans, bedding, towels, etc. The location is central to restaurants, shopping, golf courses. Half way between Sarasota and Fort Myers. We visited the Ringling Bros museum and the dog races in Sarasota. Fishermaens village in Punta Gorda is a neat thing for the ladies to go to. There is a antique car museum south on Hwy 41 that the men would enjoy. The listing description and pictures of the house are very accurate, the house is clean and well maintained. You will need a vehicle as it is in a residential area. The owners contacted us midway during our stay to make sure everything was OK and to see if we needed anything. I would recommend this home to my family and firends.

This house is new and has everything you’ll need and more for a relaxing vacation. The appliances, the furniture, the bathrooms, everything is super clean and up-to-date and in excellent working order. The wireless internet makes it perfect. My dad and I stayed here for the month of April, 2010. The only thing we were hesitant about was the location but we found North Port to be centrally located with Sarasota, Venice, Port Charlotte and Fort Meyers easily accessible via Route 41 or I-75. The owners are wonderful to work with and always available by phone or email. The weather was beautiful during our stay and we couldn’t have had a better time. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation and we’d definitely stay here again.
