Luxury complex, 3 buildings with 6 units in each directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Our unit over looks the world-renowned shelling beach. There are lush, manicured grounds encompassing the building as well as the pool, tennis courts and private drive.
The living room and master suite flow onto the screened-in lanai where you can enjoy the gulf breezes in a private setting. Our unit has a premier kitchen with the latest appointments. There is a king-size bed in the master suite, two single beds in the second bedroom, and additional accommodations for two in the den.

The beautiful beaches on Sanibel Island are famous for seashells. Sanibel Island is also famous for its wildlife – the north side of the island is preserved as the J.N. Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge. Near our condo you can walk, bike, canoe or kayak through the refuge. Beyond the natural wonders, Sanibel Island has great shopping and restaurants, cruises to smaller islands in the bay, and wave runner riding and other water sports on Captiva Island just a few miles north of Sanibel Island.

We were really in need of a relaxing Sanibel vacation. This condo was perfect for our needs. Beach access was important, I like to walk the beach every day for exercise and it was right out the door. A glass of wine at sunset was always special. Condo was clean and newish. Owners are very helpful and responsive...

my husband and I were here december/january. wonderful! we used the kitchen a lot--we like to cook--and most things were new. the property looks out on the beach which was great. clean and well maintained place all around. check out the lazy flamingo restaurant in sanibel. it became our favorite place on the island for fresh fish.

If you haven't visited Sanibel Island, do it! We loved the island and this unit was very good to us. Wonderful beach, warm sun and good fishing. We sat on the lanai every night to watch the sunset over the Gulf. Pros: New unit, awesome beach access, location location location Cons: Pool is average size, Sanibel restaurants can be pricey

We have been coming to Sanibel and Captiva for 30 years now. We stayed in this condo for about a month. Great views, nice kitchen & new everything. Two thumbs up

Our family was getting tired of St. Louis weather in 2010, so we managed to book this condominium last winter. It was a good decision. We really liked Sanibel. The environment is beautiful and very natural. We saw birds, dolphins, fish and even a few gators at the wildlife refuge! This unit is newer and very comfortable. Our twin girls liked their bedroom and enjoyed having some space away from Mom and Dad. The beach is right out the front door and the views from the front porch were excellent.

My wife and I spent a month at this condo last spring. It was a great experience and one that we will continue to do each year. The location is very good: right on the beach on the central part of Sanibel. The unit had just been remodeled, everything felt new and high end. The complex has a pool and we spent a lot of time on the beach. Looking for shells was a highlight. A wonderful place to escape a Chicago winter!
