This beautiful mill was built in the 19th century to produce the oil of the valley, it has been fully renovated in 1994 by Architect Paolo Zoppi. The big garden and the little river complete the scene of a typical rural landscape of the region. It's a very quiet place.
This house has been selected by the new town planning as an example of a typical rural house of the area. Inside the house you can live in a charming atmosphere with some country furniture, fireplace and new pieces designed and realized by the owner.
The main floor include the kitchen ,living room with library books and fire place and also the dining place. Outside the kitchen a big terrace offer the right place for breakfast or dining. At first floor two bedrooms, two bathrooms and dressing room done a nice view on the garden.
At ground floor other two bedrooms with a nice bathroom are open on the garden place. A large private parking for 3/4 car offer a place for everybody.
The swimming pool 6.50 x 3.50 in the garden complete the pleasure to spend your days in this property.

My wife and I, our two daughters and two friends of ours visited Il Mulino last summer for sadly only 4 short nights. The owner Paulo met us with a big welcoming smile and showed us around his lovely villa in the hills a mere hour and a half before the start of the World Cup final game...now that was service and dedication! The villa reminded me of my Grandmother's family cottage and we instantly felt at home. Spacious, clean and comfortable the villa was exactly what we were looking for...peace and quiet away from the noise of the more touristy Cinque Terre towns, but still close enough for us to get to them (5 minute drive to Levanto's beach and its main train station). The villas was also located a couple of minutes from a full grocery store so it made it very easy to pick up fresh supplies and food to cook each day. The villa was located in a beautiful little valley, on a couple of acres in a garden like setting. Lots of running around room and my two kids rarely left the pool. Our time at Il Mulino was one of our fondest memories from our two week trip to Italy and we thank Paulo for his kindness.
