Our lovingly decorated home-away-from home makes "lounging around" acceptable as an all day activity. And the wide, well-furnished balcony is another room in and of itself! We've heard guests comment often that the beach, pools, elevators and fitness area are never crowded. New comforter sets and new 'Better Homes and Garden' Balcony Patio Set were purchased in October 2010.
The living area faces the balcony, opening onto the dining area and kitchen with a long granite counter between it the dining table. The kitchen has everything you would need to make and serve meals at the 8 person dining table. And then there's the wet bar with icemaker that is separate from the kitchen. The bedrooms are large and each has its own TV and DVD player and attached bath, (the master has its own jet-tub and separate shower).
Well-known restaurants, shopping, amusements and groceries are all close-by. On-site security, huge outdoor and indoor pools, big play area, four grills, gazebo and 8-hole putting green are some of the amenities within the complex area. We'd love to share our beachfront home with you!

Why the Owner Chose Regency Isle
We chose this unit because it is not too high or low, it is in a much newer building than most in the area, and despite its many units, it rarely feels like you're hanging out with crowds of people!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The wide open living area (kitchen, bar, dining area, living room)is so spacious it feels much bigger than it measures. We also like the size of the bedrooms and baths. We didn't notice it at the time, but the wet bar is definitely a necessary amenity within the unit!

We just got back from our spring break trip. What a bargain. This condo is so much better in person than the photos look. We had a fantastic stay, the weather was great! We definitely will be coming back.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
