Hi! Our family resides in Florida but we have lived all over the world as members of the US Air Force. We have 3 sons and 3 grandsons who are the lights of our lives. Barry is a retired fighter pilot and Suzette is a nurse. We look forward to sharing our mountain home with Smoky Mountain visitors.
Why the Owner Chose Townsend
We visited the area several times in the past and simply fell in love with it! Townsend is in close proximity to the big city atmosphere of Knoxville and to the tourist rich areas of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge while preserving the rural mountain escape that we wanted. We love the mountain scenery, the wildlife and the slower pace of life. All seasons offer fun for everyone -- tubing, hiking, sightseeing, shopping, horseback riding and just sitting on the porch swing adoring the view.

Everyone loved the house, it was perfect. Having spices, condiments, and kitchen supplies was very helpful. The view was wonderful and Townsend was so peaceful. We will definitely be back for more vacations. We would have loved an outdoor jacuzzi. :) Thanks so much for having a clean and fun house to be at!!

Everything about this house was BETTER than the description. Everything worked! the kitchen had many items that we never expected to be there. We played games from their cabinet. The light was on when we arrived and the caretakers next door called the minute we walked in the door to welcome us and make sure WE were the CORRECT guests. The price is excellent and they even allowed us to bring our dogs. Excellent customer service! We had such a nice getaway in spite of a VERY rainy Saturday. We could not have been more pleased with our stay! The cabin was not only very clean, but it felt like home. Our family gathered from long distances and there was plenty of room to visit comfortably, both all together at times and in small groups occasionally. We loved the outdoor firepit and the roomy kitchen. The dining table was the perfect size for us all to share our meals. It was truly perfect! Thank you for sharing with us!

Cedar Creek cabin was wonderful. The veiw from the front deck was amazing. The cabin was very clean,comfortable and tastefully decorated. The game room had everything you would want to play. We visited Cades Cove,Cherokee,Maggie Valley and went sking in Cataloochee. Grandmas Kitchen has the best breakfast and hamburgers. The pictures of the cabin don't do it justice. It's much prettier in person. And very quiet. It was alot of fun. Just what my family needed. Thank you so much.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely cabin, it is a warm home away from home. We celebrated our family Christmas there and it was perfect, everything you need was already there including the decorations was perfect. We will be back. Thanks for everything, we love this place.

I and my 7 teenage grandchildren recently stayed at Cedar Creek Manor in Townsend, TN and had a wonderful time! The "Manor" was spotless, beautifully furnished, comfortable, cozy and warm. The view from the deck and windows on that side of the house was absolutely breathtaking. Everything was even more than we expected. The kids really enjoyed the ping pong table, foosball game, pool table and giant checkers game. I would definitely recommend Cedar Creek Manor to others. Oh, and this was our annual Christmas celebration and the extra decorations and Christmas tree were the "icing on the cake"!

We really enjoyed our holiday in your lovely cabin and every one wants to come back next year. We will let you know soon, We go away somewhere every t-giving. Townsend works good for us because some of the family own cabins or condos in the area. We had 27 for lunch(only 9 adults and two children at your house) The weather was so nice , we spent the day on the porch and outside. Many thanks Marj.
