This Villa is in an ideal location as it is close to all the greatest shopping (Super Wal-Mart, Winn-Dixie, Ace Hardware, Belk's to name a few), specialty stores, restaurants, library and yet it is in a quiet location. With the $50 resident pass, which is included in your rental fee (max of 2 passes), you can enjoy over 20 of the Villages executive courses. There are a host of other activities for one to engage in while at The Villages including shopping, dining, in addition to the vast number of fun daily activities that are occurring any time of the day...or night.
We have a privacy fence around the courtyard and a small grassed in area for relaxing. There are two bedrooms, both with their own bathroom. The Master Bedroom has a large walk-in closet, a TV and the bathroom has a double sink vanity. The screened-in lanai can be accessed from the Master Bedroom or the Living Room and has a 6 person table and chairs. The patio can be accessed from the Dining Room and the front gate. The guest bedroom has a TV. The well equipped Kitchen has an open bar area to make conversing with guests a pleasure as you prepare that great meal.
In the evening, you can drive a short distance to the Lake Sumter Market Square town center for a great evening of music (even dancing) in the square, dinner at multiple excellent restaurants and peruse the many fine stores off the square. The square is located on Lake Sumpter where you can take a nice sunset cruise learning all about the history of the lake. There are several restaurants located on Lake Sumter with great views of the lake and its wildlife. The Market Square also includes a multi-screened theatre on one corner along with a Johhny Rockets, Starbucks, hotel, etc.

Why the Owner Chose Belvedere
My wife has lived in the Midwest most of her life and I have lived on both coasts and settled in the Midwest as well. When we visited The Villages, we fell in love with the area. There is just so much to do here, so many nice people and you can't beat the weather and golfing in this community.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
We are very close to the new Super Wal-Mart, the Library and the other shopping areas on or near Hwy 466. With the Villa we get the joys of using the Pimlico Country Club and several other clubs as well as all the Executive Golf Courses in The Villages. Several Championship courses (Nancy Lopez Legacy and Palmer Legends) are very close and accessible by golf cart. The Villages Market Square center is also accessible by golf cart.
This is a lovely town square area with plenty of shopping, night life, restaurants, etc

We are based in the Midwest and have 2 beautiful children but once in a while, we need to get away from it all and that was what brought us to The Villages. My wife and I are both in management and are experienced travelers for both business and personal.
