This condo and location exceeded our expectations. This was a the perfect place for my husband and 4 kids. We were very comfortable and the condo had everything we needed for an amazing stay. The beach is literally a very short walk away. My husband and I walked on the beach every morning. The kids loved the pool and the amazing thing was there were very few people using it. We tried many of the nearby restaurants and found them all to be great. The condo is fully equipped and has a TV in every room. The balcony is screened in and views the bay. We were even able to spot a few dolphins which the kids were thrilled to see. All in all we give this place a 5/5 and would love to come back next year. Also, the owners were very easy to work with and always answered all our questions very promptly.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Simply put, we will definitely return to this condo when we next visit the Naples area. It is in a carefully maintained building with an outstanding view of the water outlet to the Gulf as shown in the pictures. The pool is shared by a small number of residents which allows for quietude at almost all times. Nonetheless, the immediate location is outstanding. If you do not center yourself on the pool, it is an EASY walk to Vanderbilt Beach, and you have a choice of using Vanderbilt Beach, or the state park to the right as you enter the beach area. Naples proper is an easy drive to the south, and Bonita Springs to the north. There are MANY restaurants within an easy drive in all directions, and the Ritz Carlton Hotel beach bar a mile down the beach, while slightly pricey, is worth every penny for food and drink. Outstanding. And, in the Mercado "Mall", about a mile away across Rte. 41, are several reasonably priced bars/restaurants including AZN, a great pseudo British pub, and Bravo with outstanding Italian dishes. And, most importantly, the owners were extraordinarily helpful, and while they attended to ALL questions, they kept their distance - but did stop by to change the air conditioner filter. Also, the unit is extremely well equipped with various cleaning supplies, aluminum tin foil etc. All is available for your use, with the caveat that if you finish an item, replace it. We gratefully replaced a few items, but used many others that did not run out. This is a winner.
