I live just down the street from this property. I saw this listing come up and I bought the house that day. I love this location because, like my residence, it has a wonderful view of the beautiful Lake Hefner.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The benefits to this home are many. It is fully furnished, has access to fishing, boating (seadoos available), rowboat, executive chef, and other services as requested. The nearby lake is great for walking or running. I personally run around the lake every Saturday at 6am.
