Les Petits Pois - a spacious, comfortable villa high on a hilltop in Colombier, St. Barth. Fabulous views towards Flamands Bay.
Four air-conditioned bedrooms on two levels. Upstairs bedrooms have king size bedsand& large en suite bathrooms, both have large showers, one has a tub as well. Downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with large shower and a WC. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. The living and bedroom quarters are separate, which allows for privacy and comfort.
The kitchen is equipped for gourmets with both gas and halogen cook tops, large Subzero refrigerator, wall-oven, dishwasher, microwave and Cuisinart.
The closest beach to “Les Petits Pois” is the Baie des Flamands, a five minute car ride away.
There will be daily maid service in addition to someone who will meet you at the airport and be on hand to help with car rentals, restaurant reservations – whatever you might need. Gustavia, the main town, is five minutes away, as is the shopping center of St. Jean, with boutiques and a supermarket.

Year Purchased: 1987
I have worked in the theatre, restaurant business, & film production. I'm in the film of "Grease" as an extra! I've been coming to St. Barth since 1981. I live in New York City but spend several months in St. Barth to be on hand during the winter rental period.
Why the Owner Chose Colombier
After many year visiting St. Barth, I finally was able to buy a property in 1987. I looked at many houses before choosing this location. It has the most wonderful views & cool breezes. I still love it.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Location, location, location! Great views, wonderful breezes, fewer mosquitoes than lower places on the island. We have turtles that roam, goats & roosters next door.
