One of the largest balconies at Waterscape. We are the closest 2 bedroom condo to the ocean. Convenient second floor access to heated pools, hot tubs, LAZY river, and beach. Waterscape is like having your own water park on the ocean. Perfect for adults and small children. Must be 25 to rent. Okalosa Island is like a private island allows no pets on any of its beaches.

Why the Owner Chose Other Destin Properties
We recently vacationed at Waterscape last August. This was the first time we had ever been to the Destin area. We absolutely fell in love with the beaches, shopping, and water park like amenities at Waterscape. The ocean water was crystal clear and warmer than the air! Waterscape is perfect for adults with the romantic beach and hot tubs and also perfect for kids with endless water toys and pools. The kids absolutely love the pirate slide and lily pad jump! All the pools are open late with a convenient grill by the pool side. You can not hear anything but the ocean from your room so you can sleep peacefully.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We feel that we have absolutely the best condo at Waterscape! We have a direct ocean view from every room unblocked by trees, hotels, or pools. We are conveniently located second row from the beach with easy access to the beach and right next to the door to the pools. The second floor is convenient not to have to walk up and down stairs with a lot of beach attire. A beach umbrella and chairs is included with your rental. We provide use of additional beach towels, chairs, and sand toys available upon request in our storage.

The owner was great to work with. She was quick to respond to my emails and was very friendly. The room was awesome just liked described.The view was aslo fantastic.This was our third trip to Waterscape, however we had never stayed in a room so close to the beach. It was wonderful.I would rent this condo again. The owner also gave us the closet outside which was full of beach toys and rafts which was great for me and my family. We didn't have to go buy any. Waterscape is a great place for familes with small kids and older kids. There is something for everyone to do.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
