Tropical Villa Vacations serves as the direct owner representative. We are responsible for the new decor, repairs, and upgrades just completed to this perfect beach home. Now Indo Lotus is professionally managed by a licensed and insured vacation home rental agency based in Kihei, Maui.
There is new living room furniture, renewed patio furniture, new Weber gas BBQ Grill, new mattresses & linens, new lighting and ceiling fans, all new paint indoors & outdoors, new art work, and much more!

The Indo Lotus House is one of the only vacation homes on Maui that has a legal grandfathered rental history, combined with a direct beach front location. Set on Kamaole One Beach aka 'Charley Young' beach, Indo Lotus has immediate access to a bona-fide popular sandy swimming beach. This beach has lifeguard service!
There is really no setting like that of Indo Lotus. Perched up on a slight slope above the beach, it offers mind-blowing panoramic beach and ocean front vistas. Indo Lotus faces west towards Maui's famous moonsets and sunsets. During winter season, the sun sets just off-shore - within a direct view from your vacation home.
From Indo Lotus you can walk out and down on to the beach in just steps. Kamaole I Beach is just one of half a dozen golden sand swimming beaches that run down the length of the south Maui coastline. You can go for endless beach walks, or when the surf is up you can paddle board, skim board, boogie board, paddle board or surf at the beach.
The beds are new and many have additional memory foam toppers for added comfort. Each bedroom has as many as six pillows in all different types from down to memory foam to hypoallergenic synthetic fill. There are cotton, fuzzy, and down blankets. Sheets and mattress pads are all clean, new and top-quality in 100% cotton with high thread-count.
There is a hot tub, outdoor dining for 8 guests, indoor dining for 8 guests, an outdoor living area with plush sofas, a lava rock orchid garden, central air conditioning in all rooms with individual room controls, and a large brand new flat panel television with cable box, CD/DVD player, and iPod Alarm Clock Radio in every room of the house. The living room TV has Netflix, HD subscriptions and an HD PVR/DVR so you can record your favorite TV shows while at the beach!
The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with an abundant supply of quality large and small appliances, and all types of cookware and service ware. A brand new Weber gas grill is just outside the kitchen waiting for your family cook-out.
There is a safe, security alarm system, curtains and blinds, solar shades for the living area, abundant hangers, luggage racks, hair dryers, make-up mirrors, custom tropical toiletries, plenty of paper, soap and cleaning supplies. An oversized washer dryer is in the hallway closet along with plenty of laundry related supplies and 2 irons and ironing boards.
Indo Lotus House is conveniently situated in the heart of Kihei Town on Maui's sunny leeward south shore. From this private residence you can walk to Starbucks, movie theater, library, shops, all types of dining, grocery store, yoga center, salon/spa, sporting goods rental shops, bars, cafes, and a large park with basketball court, tennis courts, and in-line skate and skate board rinks.
*NEWSFLASH! Private tent cabanas are available to rent for $500 plus tax per day at the Grand Wailea Resort pool area. Rental of a cabana provides access to the Grand Wailea pools & waterslides for up to four persons per day per cabana. Must be min. 48' tall for waterslides. Reservations are accepted only within 24 hours on a space available basis.

Jerry and Vicky S. married 41 yrs. We spent our time at Indo Lotus, a dream come true coming to Maui and seeing beauty everywhere we turned. This house had everything we needed and we could feel the love of our family and the love left from each previous visitor. We took in the sights, rested at night enjoying the sound of the ocean. Thank you again for a wonderful vacation at the Indo Lotus house. We again enjoyed everything from the morning swim & breakfast on the lanai, walks on the beach, the hammock, the comfy beds, great barbeques... you really go above and beyond with all of the extra thoughtful touches in the home. The Indo Lotus House really created the PERFECT getaway for our family. It was important to us that we could walk right to the beach since we have our 3 year old daughter and my mother in law with us. Our friends from Maui told us we would never find a house to suit our needs. Well, they were very wrong. This was perfect! In fact, we found it hard to leave for excursions around the island! At the risk of repeating previous entries into this journal, the Indo Lotus house was the perfect meeting place for our Australian-Canadian family. It was everything we could have hoped for and then some. The home layout provided private spaces for the children ranging in age from 7 to 20. Staying at the Indo Lotus House was the best vacation rental we have ever experienced. Thoroughly enjoyed! The word ^perfect^ comes to mind. This house is so well appointed and accommodating. There were days we didn't want to leave and there was no reason to leave! This was by far the most relaxing vacation we have ever had as a family. Now we need to make plans for our return. Mahalo!
