This is a 1920 sq. foot beautiful Topaz model within 2 blocks of Gymnasium, Golf Clubhouse & Restaurant. Has new tile thru-out except bedrooms which have newer carpet. There is a flagstone patio with water feature outside and a gorgeous view of the Catalina Mountains. Has oversized laundry/hobby room & Garage storage cabinets.
Master suite has king-sized bed. Second bed-room has queen bed. This property is part of the Saddlebrooke active retirement community established by Robson. If you check there web address, you can see photos and descriptions of the overall community. We highly recommend you view the section on Saddlebrooke if you are not familiar with it. We currently reside in another one of Robson's property's 1 hour away at Robson Ranch.

Year Purchased: 2005
This is us at a Carcassonne, France restaurant. We enjoy European travel and speak French, Spanish and German. We chose Saddlebrooke because of its many & diverse cultural clubs, such as the Francophiles, Writers groups, and the "Also Rans" running groups. It is easy to quickly meet friendly groups for golfing, swimming, making pottery, hiking, water aerobics or whatever you enjoy.
