  Four of us stayed at this location for a week in November. The property couldn't have been nicer with the views of the ocean and mountains. It is located in a prime spot overlooking the ocean where lots of walkers/runners stop along the trail out front to take in the view. The property is very clean and the beds were very comfortable. If you're a light sleeper just make sure you shut the windows as the roosters will wake you up early. One very small downfall is being right on the road as traffic did get a little busy at times.

  Stayed for 4 wonderful nights in September but wished it had been longer once we stepped inside the villa. The pictures on the website are extremely accurate, but the reality is even more breathtaking, with wonderful ocean views out front and spectacular ever-changing mountain views from the back. The villa was super clean and very well maintained with everything you could need for a short or long stay. The decor was modern and tasteful featuring an island theme with lots of local artworks, books and movies. (we enjoyed watching 'The Descendants' one night knowing we were just minutes away from some of the locations in the movie). Mary has done a wonderful job in making the villa comfortable and inviting and I feel she must spend a lot of time there herself as it easily felt like a home away from home where no comfort was overlooked. The kitchen was large with everything you would need to make a gourmet dinner. My husband enjoyed barbecuing steaks on the deck on two occasions and we would breakfast in the kitchen nook watching the ocean. The villa had an abundance of beach towels to use as well as beach chairs and coolers, even a boogie board. In the kitchen there is a folder with helpful instructions on using the tv/entertainment system, as well as recommendations and brochures for local dining and activities. The location is excellent for exploring all that Hanalei has to offer and there are shops, restaurants and a Foodland a few minutes drive up the road. There is a goat track down to Hideaways beach not far from the villas. We also walked down to the public beach in front of the St Regis. If you enjoy snorkelling we would definitely recommend a visit to Tunnels Beach. The marine life there was amazing even in close to the shore. From what we could tell this would be the pick of the villas in the complex due to its position and outlook. Mary was easy to deal with during the booking process, always quick to respond to our emails. Our security deposit was also refunded promptly after check out. The villa really exceeded our expectations and we wouldn't hesitate to return only next time make our stay longer. The value was certainly outstanding and the villa and location made our trip so memorable.   We have had the experience of booking lodging and later learned how creative good photographers can be. Not so here. Even after seeing these pictures we were AMAZED at the setting, location, layout, and decor of this wonderful property. The owners were exceptionally easy to work with. We walked to Hideaway Beach and to Queens Bath from here. Hanalei and Hanalei Bay are virtually around the corner. Even with road closures due to construction it was only 15 minutes to the charming village of Hanalei. We WILL return to Kauai and hope to be able to stay here then. The view from the upper lanai is fabulous. I could literally spend an entire day and watch the ever changing mountains from the lanai. The bed was wonderfully comfortable as well.

  With an excellent location in Princeville near a perfect oceanside cliff for sunset viewing every night and wonderful mountain views on the other side, this condo was perfect for our stay on the north shore. Modern furnishings, large kitchen, and had all the extras needed for our vacation that we forgot to bring with us. The multiple bathrooms and large bedrooms made the stay very comfortable. Roomy enough for a full family or two couples or a group of friends. Had absolutely no problem spending a few rainy mornings or late nights in the condo rather than outdoors. Will definitely stay here again next time in Kauai!

  Mary, I really loved your place -- great location, comfortable, mountain and ocean views, well stocked with furniture, kitchen utensils and BBQ. No false advertising! We did find the TV and DVD frustrating -- the TV was hard to figure out and we rented a DVD to play but it didn't work in your system. Also, the toilet in the guest bathroom downstairs clogged up easily and we had to use the plunger several times. Other than that, it was great. Mahalo, Mark

  I stayed at this villa 4 nights to attend a friend's wedding at the St. Regis. I had such a great experience with this villa, and all my friends staying at the Westin and St. Regis were so jealous! For half the price, this villa has views of Bali Hai, lots of space, 2 bedrooms, washer and dryer, and a great kitchen. It is a 5min walk to the St. Regis. Everything was very well maintained. I had absolutely no problems and would revisit this villa again. The pictures are an accurate depiction of the place.

  Just returned from 10 wonderful days in a unit that offers it all from binoculars to boggie boards, BBQ grill to locally published books! Very comfortable and clean- the views and location are excellent! We enjoyed grilling fresh fish from the Blue Dolphin and delicious tapas at Baracuda in Hanalei. We wouldn't change a thing - even the roosters! It was a pleasure working with Mary - we'll be back!

  Thanks Mary, What a fabulous time we had at your villa. Very warm and cozy decour. Super comfortable, really great Location with views of the ocean and the rain forest.it's much better in person than it it looked I'm the pictures!! And the pictures Were great!! It was very hard to leave, we can't wait to stay there again!

  The villa is beautifully decorated, immaculate, easy to maintain, and particularly well equipped. There was nothing that we could have wanted that was not already anticipated and provided by the owners. The location is ideal for exploring all the entire north shore beaches and attractions. The views of the ocean, the sunset, the mountains and the waterfalls are ever changing and always simply breathtaking. The owners were great to work with and obviously want their guests to feel comfortable. Honestly, the place exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to go back.

  We really enjoyed staying at this villa. The views were outrageous, the master bedroom bed was beyond comfy & everything in general in the villa was wonderful. We are definitely planning on returning next year!
