Our newly renovated beautiful villa offers our guests brand new carpet, bamboo floors, a custom paint job, new appliances, furniture, etc. We are now renting it out to those who want to take pleasure in all of our upgrades. We are confident you will enjoy the new additions to go along with one of the best ocean views of all the Hanalei bay Villas.
Our Hanalei Bay Villa is one remarkably well-manicured complex with a wide variety of tropical plants and shrubs. Unlike all other condos within Princeville which share common walls with other guests, our spacious stand-alone villa provides complete privacy, making it your very own personal paradise. With beautiful waterfall laden mountains out the back and the bright, blue Pacific Ocean out the front, our villa has 360° stunning views out of every window. Our unit is located just a short walk to beautiful beaches and the new luxury St. Regis Hotel where you can take advantage of the incredible views, exquisite dining and exotic refreshments at a five-star hotel.
Our comfortable 2 bedroom / 2 ½ bath, two-story villa sleeps four comfortably. Our floor plan features the living room with cathedral ceilings, dining room, kitchen and a ½ bath on the upper level accompanied by a spacious covered lanai for dining and just relaxing. The villa is equipped with a 42” LCD flat screen HDTV with HD channels enhanced with a Bose Sound System and a Blu-Ray DVD/CD player in the living room. Utilize our HIGH-SPEED INTERNET access for your convenience. Enjoy your dinner from our spectacular kitchen nook that offers a breath taking sunset every night without leaving your villa. The lower level contains the master suite with its own bathroom. The master suite comes complete with a king size bed, walk-in closet, 37" LCD flat screen TV, and its own private lanai. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a full bath nearby.
The town of Princeville has great restaurants and shops with full scale supermarkets as well as some of the best local fish markets. Two world class golf courses, the Makai and the Prince courses are minutes from your villa. A few miles down the road is the quaint town of Hanalei where shops abound for clothing, beach gear and great food. The famous beach at Hanalei is not only has a champion surf break, but is also one of the most beautiful spots in all of Polynesia.

Just returned from 10 wonderful days in a unit that offers it all from binoculars to boggie boards, BBQ grill to locally published books! Very comfortable and clean- the views and location are excellent! We enjoyed grilling fresh fish from the Blue Dolphin and delicious tapas at Baracuda in Hanalei. We wouldn't change a thing - even the roosters! It was a pleasure working with Mary - we'll be back!

Thanks Mary, What a fabulous time we had at your villa. Very warm and cozy decour. Super comfortable, really great Location with views of the ocean and the rain forest.it's much better in person than it it looked I'm the pictures!! And the pictures Were great!! It was very hard to leave, we can't wait to stay there again!

The villa is beautifully decorated, immaculate, easy to maintain, and particularly well equipped. There was nothing that we could have wanted that was not already anticipated and provided by the owners. The location is ideal for exploring all the entire north shore beaches and attractions. The views of the ocean, the sunset, the mountains and the waterfalls are ever changing and always simply breathtaking. The owners were great to work with and obviously want their guests to feel comfortable. Honestly, the place exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to go back.

We really enjoyed staying at this villa. The views were outrageous, the master bedroom bed was beyond comfy & everything in general in the villa was wonderful. We are definitely planning on returning next year!

The moment we walked into this wonderful Villa it felt like home. All the amenities one could ask for as well as a great location with fantastic mountain and ocean views. Town & groceries were right down the road, your accomodations were comfortably appointed & the kitchen was well stocked for this chef to make nightly meals and not be stymied by missing kitchen essentials! Everything was just perfect in this beautiful, well located villa. The unit was spotless, fully equiped with everything you need, lot's of room and is ideally located. Great views from the 2 lanais to the ravine, golf course and mountians and it has beautiful furnishings throughout this large unit. Great whale and ocean watching just out the front door. A great, immaculate villa in a superb location. Highly recommended!

The pictures don't do justice to the villa, everything was way beyond expectations. Beautiful views of bali high and of the sunset! Kitchen with everything you would need, laundry room, and very spacious! Also, lots of beautiful beaches close by, we went to a different beach every day. Everything was very clean because it was recently rennovated, we really enjoyed our stay.

We can't say enough about how we loved this house! The photos really did the house & views justice. The new appliances, new flooring, new window coverings, furnishings, etc. were all wonderfully tasteful. The kitchen was the best equipped ever & very comfortable & clean. The owner is especially helpful & answers all your question. I would definitely recommend this house to any friend or relative. It is perfect for two couples since it has two nice sized beds, as well as two full bathrooms. We especially enjoyed the short walk to St. Regis Hotel, as well as longer walks along the golf course with lovely views of trees, mountains & tropical plants. we will definitely stay here again. It will be our first choice again.
