This exclusive water-front Villa is located on Fulladoza Bay, Culebra Island. The Island is located between Puerto Rico's North-Eastern Coast, and St. Thomas USVI (aprox. 13-15 mile distance from both).

The Villa consists of numerous attributes which characterize its unique coastal location. 60' Dock Facilities, multiple ocean front 'terrazas' with spectacular views to Ensenada & Fulladoza, roofed garage and plenty parking space at Villa's entrance driveway; Two level home, all bdrms. a/c ; 4 bedrooms & 2 bthrms. with fully equipped kitchen on Upper Level Apartments, Sat.TV. & Vcr.; Ground Level Apartment with 2 bdrms. & 1 bthrm. with Outdoor shared terraces which include an additional fully equipped kitchen, ground level terraces and dock facilities with kayaks for our guests enjoyment and relaxation throughout a very secluded inlet bordered by spectacular mangrove formations and nesting grounds for wild-life species; ceiling fans throughout all terraces, hardwood 'embulla' & tile floors , two fully equipped kitchens and much more for bigger groups which desire lodging in the entire facility...3000 + sq. ft.

Its convenient layout provides for various alternatives depending on the number of guests, and is inclusive of the use of our outdoor terraces and kayaks at our dock facilities. The Villa can comfortably accomodate from 2 up-to 15 guests. Max. 6 guests for our Ground Level Aptm. with 2 available folding beds, and max. 9 guests for our Upper Level Aptm.

Villa Pelicano provides an excellent alternative for families and vacationers seeking from pure relaxation to an array of small Inlets, Cays and multiple nearby Beaches to visit on our very own Spanish Virgin Island. We also cater our extensive space for special events at customer's request.

  • We have been to Villa Pelicano 3 times already and we are returning in January. Very nice house with excellent acommodations and an outdoor terrace with a kitchen and a breathtaking view. Having a BBQ, drinks with family and friends in this terrace....priceless!! There are several kayaks available which is a plus if you take your kids. Overall, the best place to relax and forget about civilization.
