  I was more than pleasantly surprised with my accommodations and the area in which it resides. The condo and its many amenities did not disappoint. The surroundings of the complex were always and efficiently maintained and the owners of the condo were very accommodating to even the smallest request. Both visitors and residents of the complex were welcoming and helpful. My vacation was a lovely experience and I credit this to the owners of the condo, the managers of the complex and and the beauty of Palm Canyon.

  What a great place to hide away. The condo has been beautifully renovated and it was squeaky clean. We enjoyed the swimming pools and used the grill. We had a great time at Desert Skies and hope to return.

  As a repeat guest it is not too difficult to write a happy review of my stay in Desert Skies. The apartment was impecable and wonderfully equipped. All the serices are provided with big TVs, WiFi and a complete kitchen. A warning to would be guests, I plan to come back in 2013!!!! And yes, I have the reservation for a two month stay. A bonus is the atmosphere at Desert Skies, as the neighbours are freindly and welcoming, and the grounds/pools are beautifully maintained. The best part of the stay is the assurance of dealing with a reliable, wonderful host. James Hummelen, Vancouver, BC, Canada

  Listing and photos were accurate; Location to points of interest excellent. Good access to hwy 111 for shopping and other tourist destinations such as the Living Desert. Indian Canyon Trails is just up the road only minutes away. The condo was impeccably clean with absolutely everything from bedding and towels to paper goods and condiments that one might need available. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact by phone or e-mail. The included long distance free phone was very helpful to us as we have no US cell phone. While kept in the mid century style, the televisions were brand new and the laptop and free security enabled wi fi provided were greatly appreciate. People in the complex were friendly and one of the pools was comfortably warm even in January. I would highly recommend this property to friends or family - one caveat, the beautiful glass high top table and stools are more difficult for elderly people to sit at comfortably for any length of time. Other furniture very comfortable, especially the king size bed.

  Enjoyed our second stay in your wonderful condo. The month just flew by though and we hated to leave. It was a pleasure to meet you this time and we look forward to seeing you again. As usual everything was clean and well appointed. We got to know the neighbors even more this time and loved the warm, friendly atmosphere at Desert Skies. The pool area is one of the best we have ever seen and we used it every day. We certainly hope to return again next year.

  I had the good fortune to find this Desert Skies unit on the internet last year when i was actually in Palm Springs; this afforded me the perfect opportunity to view/inspect the suite. Having been in the rental business in the past i recognised a winner when i walked in. Quality furniture, quality updating without taking away from the mid century feel, quality location away from the winds of the north end, quality complex maintenance and most of all quality communications and service by the owners. The two months is stayed slipped by all too quickly thus forcing me to rebook again for 2012!!! If you are looking for a place to stay, especially for two, then this is the unit for you. It's great.

  Eveything possible to make this an "upscale" place has been done. The decor is especially attractive and very professional. The quality of the furnishings is tops. The bed is exceptionally comfortable. We really appreciate having the computer.

  The location was perfect-a very nice and convenient part of town. You thought of everything. We especially liked the roomy closet with hangers and dresser drawers.
