Mill Point is one of St. Croix's most exclusive private homes, now available for luxury vacation rental. The villa is comprised of 6 suite bedrooms and a Gran Salon with the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The main "pods" open up on the large, 10' deep pool with a patio that offers the most incredible ocean views that the west ends has to offer. Mill Point earned it's name because it is built around one of St. Croix's many historical Danish Sugar Mills, completed in 1780. The home itself was built in a modern design, conceptualized by reknown author Leon Uris and construction was completed in 1970.
The 10 acres on which the home is located, also contains historically significant ruins of the Butler's Bay Sugar and Rum Factory (1787), as well as the 1760 caretakers home. We have two of the oldest and largest Baobab Trees in the new world. The grounds themselves have been maintained by Mr. Cryil, our beloved gardener, since before 1980. His talent is evident in every glance you take around the property which is yours to explore. He will also inform you and your guests if you have any questions.
Mill Point offers all of the desires for her guests, whether it be relaxing the days away in the sugar mill(which has been turned into an outdoor living room)or floating in the pool while overlooking the beautiful Caribbean. Maybe, you will be able to catch an elusive green flash at Sunset! Then again, if activity is what you want, hike the guts of the west end just a short walk away and be transported back in time to what the islands looked like before settled by man! Beautiful beaches stretch across the way where Mill Point is located. From private coves to beaches with activities such as jet ski's, beach volleyball, and restaurants, all in the area!
All rooms feature Tempur-Pedic beds with sitting areas, and full bathrooms. Four of our rooms offer gorgeous ocean views, and two provide a lush garden view. Additional twin beds can be added upon request.

And, so easy to get to with an airport serviced by major carriers. Don't forget we are a territory of the USA (no passport required) and our currency is the US Dollar. What else would anyone need!

Lazing the days away surrounded by mother natures most beautiful creations is the ultimate benefit. Yet if it is activity you want, we have those too! It would take a month to see and do everything that St Croix has to offer and Mill Point is the most incredible base of operations.

Famous for the Beer Drinking Pigs! A cool hut in the midst of the rainforest offering delicious Roti's and the infamous Mama Wanna! Stop by for a bite and visit the pigs! Surely a unique experience. Last Sunday of every month, amazing artist Kurt Shindler puts on a free concert! Wear your dancing shoes :)
A beautiful bay that offers so much! Fantastic snorkeling or dive "The Wall", a 13,000 foot drop with beautiful reef and ocean life. Delicious restaurants as well. Eat at EAT at Cane Bay, popular for their Sunday Reggae Brunch!

“Hello all! Let me tell you a little bit about myself…I made the move from St. Louis, Mo to St. Croix in early 2009. The island’s friendly culture, natural beauty and sun-drenched beaches inspired me to call St. Croix home. While I love the spirit of St. Louis, there’s no place quite like St. Croix to enjoy a plethora of activities with wonderful people. I have worked in the service industry for many years and most recently on the island. I have enjoyed enriching peoples experiences through all the knowledge I've gained on the island and I love to fill my days with adventure! With choices like sailing, surfing, diving, hiking and four-wheeling, you'll never be board. Evenings are the perfect time to catch a live show or unwind to a relaxing sunset dinner by the ocean.
