As a developer of major residential properties in Vancouver, we chose this location as it enjoys excellent views of English Bay and the North Shore Mountains, is quiet yet close to the high end shops on First Avenue below, and is in one of Vancouver's most sought after neighbourhoods. Within 10 minutes is downtown, the beach, Granville Market, the Fourth Avenue shopping district. The Olympic venues are also nearby.

Gordon was the developer of the building housing this penthouse villa, and spent some three years overseeing every detail of this well-appointed apartment home. We are travelling to Mustique during the Olympic period, and accordingly are making our home available during this time.
