We came up to enjoy the spring Colorado weather and had a GREAT time at this beautifully remodeled condo. Plenty of space and room to spread out! Amazing views of Lake Dillon. Thanks for the wonderful trip!

Stayed at this property for some late Spring skiing and found it to be every bit as described. We had a total of 4 couples in our party and this place accommodated our group very well for sleeping and bathrooms. It's very well laid out and very clean. It's in a good location and has a very scenic view from the club room patio or the family room and balcony. Grocery stores, restaurants, fast food, outlet stores are all within approx 2-3 miles. Skiing at Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, and Vail are all within 30 minutes. I highly recommend this place especially considering what is offered at a great price!

Our family and friends had a great time here. The house was great. Plenty of room to join in with the group or get some private time to yourself. The kitchen and dining was appointed very well. The downstairs gameroom/theatre room was a huge hit. Not to mention the soothing hot tub after a long day on the slopes. The attention to details, even down to the heated garage was greatly appreciated. This property was accurately depicted in the ads, very well maintained and very conveniently located. I would, and already have, recommended it to my friends and would definitely like to stay here again.

This was a great place to spend some of our summer vacation. The house was super and the owner went out of his way to make everything easy for us from setting up a partial week to accessing the house through check out. The view of the 10 mile range from the balcony and hot tub are breath taking. Highly recommend the house for a getaway.

We spent a week here and had a lovely time. Our family of 8 adults and 5 kids fit here, no problem. Having the game room on the lower level gave everyone a chance to spread out and gave a barrier between the bedrooms on the top floor. There is so much to do in the Silverthorne area you will never lack for something to do.

We are a hiking family with 9 year old triplets from Indiana. We came to stay in Dillon in order to do a variety of altitude hiking. My mother came with us as well. What an incredible place ! Beautiful views, extremely spacious (our family of 6 had more than enough room, and then some), located about 5 mins. from the town of Dillon, grocery stores, cinema, outlet shopping in Silverthorne, Breckenridge is about 15 minutes away, Vail about 30 min. Literally unlimited amounts of trails to hike around Lake Dillon, very easily accessible from the townhome. About 20 min. drive from Gray's Peak/Torrey's Peak if you are interested in 14er's ( highly recommended ). Deck off the living room/kitchen area provides a great place to have coffee and look at the mountains...just gorgeous ! Townhome itself is beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything. The pictures do not do it justice, everything was as described. Mr. Dahman is extremely professional to do business with. I've already started planning our next trip West ! We will definitely stay here again when we return to mountaineer again !

A total of 12 people stayed here, 6 adults and 6 children. We truly had a wonderful time. This house lacked nothing. If anything had too much if thats possible. We felt right at home. It is close to grocery stores, restaurants, outlet stores, gas stations and close to Breck, a Basin and Keystone. This property has set the precedent for how our family should travel. We thoroughly enjoyed the fire place, roasting marshmellows etc. The hot tub is a must! The kids played on the bottom floor where they had plenty of games and watch their own TV. Washer/Dryer made travelling easier. There was a tremendous amount of detail that was put into this property for the guests and you could feel it. My husband is still telling everyone about this place. Wish we stayed longer!Pictures didn't do justice. Will be back!!!! Honestly we can go on for days about this place!!! SERIOUSLY!

We just returned from a ski trip with another family and stayed at this location. Researching on VRBO, we quickly determined that Dillon was the place to stay. After seeing all the choices for our time frame, this was an easy choice. Two families, nine people, five of them being teenagers. We saw the pictures, and couldn't believe how beautiful this place was. The only difference was seeing the condo in person was even better. With two master bedrooms, there wasn't an issue with two families. There were five bedrooms, and five bathrooms. Everyone had space and privacy when wanted. The basement was a great place to hang out and play pool, darts, hot tub, or relax and watch TV. I would reccomend this property simply on the offerings, but also to deal with an honest and straight forward owner who was willing to help us make the confirmation. The location was close to Dillon for groceries, supplies, and entertainment. Keystone was three miles, and Breckenridge and Copper were within ten to fifteen miles. The view of the lake and mountains was pristine. Seeing the sunrise hit the peaks and lighting up the tops of the mountains while throwing the blue and orange colors below was a great sight with our coffee every morning. All the amenities were in the kitchens and baths, and the entire condo was clean and newly remodeled. We also had use of a garage to keep our equipment and car covered. I would strongly reccomend staying here. We will if when we come back.

We came out to Dillon with another family and our parents for a week long stay. We have nothing but great things to say about this property. It lacks nothing. Every room as recently been remodeled and it is beautiful. The kids loved the hot tub and the pool table. There was plenty of room for us all and we loved the location. We will definately rent this property the next time we come to Colorado.

I'm writing this as we (sadly) leave... What an awesome home. I have been renting properties in Summit County for over ten years, for both family and friend trips, and this is the nicest I have seen. Very modern, many living areas, and more bathrooms than you normally see. The owner is friendly, responsive and easy to deal with, and is very fair on pricing. If you are headed this way for any amount of time, and are looking for a great place to relax, prepare meals, and sleep, I highly recommend it. Feel free to pass on my contact info for references! Thanks for a great stay, Louis

The townehouse was excellent, as advertised. Absolutely no complaints. The driveway to the townehouse however, is very steep, and we were not told we should have a AWD vehicle to manuever the driveway. There was about 6 inches of snow in front of the garage that turned to ice. No removal of subsequent snow. I spent several hours shoveling snow at 9200', not a pleasent experience. BRING AN AWD IF YOU RENT THE UNIT DURING THE WINTER.
Owner response:We do notify all renters that an AWD vehichle is reccomended in our rental agreement. The driveway was in the same condition as all the roads in the community as the time of his rental. We are sorry this renter missed that section of the agreement. The driveway is plowed by a professional snow removal company after 4" of snow accumulates.

Our party of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids under 10) recently stayed at this property and it exceeded our expectations. The townhome is centrally located to Keystone, Breck, and Copper and is within a 5-10 minute drive to Dillon, Silverthorne and Frisco. The townhome was clean and featured high quality materials throughout. Access to the subdivision clubhouse with swimming as well as a nice sized back yard made it an ideal location for young children. The owner/manager was a pleasure to work with.

Three floor townhouse gave our group plenty of room to get together but space when we needed some privacy. 10-15 minutes from skiing and close to local stores for supplies. Unit was immaculate with comfortable beds and all the extras. Kitchen/dining room was newly re-done as advertised. TV on all floors was convenient as was wireless internet. Large party room was the best with pool table, game table/darts, large screen tv, wet bar and hot tub just off the porch. Everything seemed brand new. Our group of 12 (adults and teenagers) had a great time. I would recommend highly.

We stayed at this newly refurbished Dillon Townhome in late December during the Christmas / New Years holiday. We were one of the first groups to stay at the property since it had been updated. The property was in excellent condition and is conveniently located near several shopping centers, a large grocery store and many restaurants. It is also conveniently located near Keystone, Breckenridge, A-Basin, and Copper Mountain if you are planning to go skiing, boarding, or tubing. The view from the property is spectacular and overlooks lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains. The ammenities associated with the townhome were mostly new or in excellennt condition. The kitchen was fully stocked and the five bathrooms were new and clean. The property is mostly seperated into three levels with the entertainment area / hot tub located downstairs; kitchen/dining and main living area on the main level, and the sleeping areas upstairs. This arrangement works great for families or groups with children and adults. We highly recommend this property for large families and groups that are looking for a convenient location centered in the heart of Summit County. We plan to stay again next year.
