The living room has a large pullout couch.
Great location to watch the cook in the kitchen.
Kitchen area has a large breakfast nook with 3 bar chairs.
-The sun porch is all window. Open plan family room with dining table looking out to the pool and the ocean. A large couch and lounge chair makes the room very comfortable for the afternoon nap.
-Watch dolphins from the out door ocean viewing deck, or walk down the steps to the white sandy beach . This is as close as you can get to YOUR OWN PRIVATE BEACH.
Sebastian Inlet with many activities in the area, is some of Florida's most famous fishing and treasure hunting. You will be just over an hour’s drive from Orlando and all of its attractions; only half an hour away from Cape Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center and just two and a half hours away from South Beach in Miami. Fishing, boating, sunbathing, walking, golfing, water ski, jet ski, treasure hunt, you can have it all! This will be a vacation that you will never forget!
If your pleasure is to immerse yourself in local history, the charming “postcard perfect” quaint town of Melbourne Beach (Est. 1883) is within walking distance. Here you will find, amongst other things, a replica building of the original post office, a beautiful old white chapel, and a rustic pier which you can stroll along, over the beautiful Indian River.
Should you wish to dine out, there are many exquisite restaurants waiting to welcome you inside. You will find the local cuisine is simply beyond compare.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Your security deposit is not part of the rent. Damages to the premises, electric charges exceeding the limit, excessive cleaning or laundry, late departures will be charged.
Tenants agree to comply with all house rules and regulations. If the deposit is not sufficient to cover the expenses, tenant agrees to pay the difference to the owner. The security deposit will be refunded approximately 15 days after your departure. Pets are not permitted and constitute a serious violation.
A signed rental contract including a valid credit card will be required prior to arrival. Any damage, missing items would be billed to this credit card.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES: The home is ready for check-in any time after 3:00 PM. check-out is scheduled for 10:00 AM. It is important that you be packed and ready to depart. Please sign check-out sheet and leave on counter.
CLEANING: A cleaning fee of $200.00 will be charged for each reservation. This is a private home and you are responsible for leaving it clean and tidy, in the condition you find it upon arrival. When you depart, please check that you have left the house tidy, rubbish has been disposed of, dishes done and lights turned off. A Check out sheet will be provided. Any excess cleaning charges at check-out will be billed to you.
