Here you will find, amongst other things, a replica building of the original post office, a beautiful old white chapel, and a rustic pier which you can stroll along, over the beautiful Indian River.
Should you wish to dine out, there are many exquisite restaurants waiting to welcome you inside. You will find the local cuisine is simply beyond compare.
Back at your Florida vacation ocean retreat, you may enjoy ending your day with family or friends around the huge tropical pool. Maybe sipping a Pina Colada or Martini while you watch the clouds dance and the sun slowly slipping away…...

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Your security deposit is not part of the rent. Damages to the premises, electric charges exceeding the limit, excessive cleaning or laundry, late departures will be charged.
Tenants agree to comply with all house rules and regulations. If the deposit is not sufficient to cover the expenses, tenant agrees to pay the difference to the owner. The security deposit will be refunded approximately 15 days after your departure. Pets are not permitted and constitute a serious violation.
A signed rental contract including a valid credit card will be required prior to arrival. Any damage, missing items would be billed to this credit card.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES: The home is ready for check-in any time after 3:00 PM. check-out is scheduled for 11:00 AM. It is important that you be packed and ready to depart by this time, as cleaning is required prior to any check-ins that might be due to arrive that afternoon.
CLEANING: A cleaning fee of $150 will be charged for each reservation. This is a private home and you are responsible for leaving it clean and tidy, in the condition you find it upon arrival. When you depart, please check that you have left the house tidy, rubbish has been disposed of, dishes done and lights turned off. A Check out sheet will be provided. Any excess cleaning charges at check-out will be billed to you.
