  We took our son to Florida for his fifth birthday and are so glad we chose Siesta Key and Cozy Cove! We loved the condo and it's location. It had everything that we could possibly need and more. We spent a lot of time in the pool and were usually the only people there, so it was like having our own private pool! Turtle beach was a short walk away and one day we drove to Venice beach and saw dolphins swimming close to shore. Bob was very helpful and easy to get in touch with if we had any questions. We would recommend Cozy Cove to anyone looking for a updated, comfortable condo in a quiet section of Seista Key. Thanks again, Bob!

  Our family just completed a wonderful week at Cozy Cove on Siesta Key. What you read and see in this rentals description is 100 percent accurate. Our expectations we're completely exceeded. The location on the south end of Siesta is just quiet and peaceful, yet a short drive puts you close to shopping, activities, and all the rest Sarasota has to offer. The beach is a short walk away. The boat dock is a few steps away, as is the very nice pool. We watched Manatees cruse the cove and fishing is great off the dock. When we took a break from outside activities, we found the living space inside the unit very comfortable. The beds are extremely comfy. Wi-Fi keeps you connected if you want. It was a zero hassle vacation for my family. Bob, the owner, is one reason for zero hassle. He's great to work with and did everything to make our stay easy. I especially appreciate his quick effective communication. Cozy Cove is a find. Don't tell too many people about it, because we want to book again in the future. Use CB's at Midnight Pass for fishing gear, boat rental and misc. beach stuff. Have lunch in the village at least once and get some ice cream. Try out Crescent Beach and world famous Siesta Beach too. (Great location for photos at sunset) Also on Midnight Pass Road at Gulf Gate is a Publix to stock the fridge. Downtown Sarasota has some neat shops and we recommend the Melting Pot restaurant for a memorable meal.

  We just returned home from our week at Cozy Cove. We only had to travel 30 minutes from home, but it felt like a million miles away! I highly recommend to all our local friends, if you haven't tried this, what's stopping you? You don't have to go far when you live in such a beautiful state! The condo was perfect for our family of four. The layout of the unit is idea! The living space and a half bathroom are all on the first floor,with two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, along with the laundry area. It was great to be able to go downstairs in the morning and not feel like you had to be quiet. We brought our boat and docked it right there at the docks. The pool area was fantastic! You could float around and watch the boaters, kayakers and paddleboarders going past. The kids enjoyed fishing at the docks. The undercover parking was a nice plus as well, Overall, this unit was very well equipped and most importantly the beds were comfortable!! We had everything we needed to make our stay at Cozy Cove a wonderful experience. We look forward to our next visit!

  The Cozy Cove condo was a great rental for our Siesta Key vacation. The condo was clean and had all of the amenities that we were looking for in a vacation rental. It is located on a very quiet part of Siesta Key. Bob, the owner was easy to work with and communicated promptly with us. The condo is located a short walk to Turtle Beach and an easy drive to Siesta Beach. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and a small cooler were provided which was great to enjoy both beaches. For a fabulous dinner, Ophelia's (waterfront dining) is a short walk and was recommended to us by the owner. I would recommend this condo for your Siesta Key vacation.

  Our 2 1/2 weeks at this condo were wonderful! This end of the key is very quiet...no traffic, no sirens....The condo is beautifully maintained and was just as depicted in the photos. Bob was very helpful with the only problem that arose (no one's fault, just one of those things!) and all was quickly resolved. We would definitely go back....and so would several friends who visited! I would recommend the condo to friends and family.

  Home away from home is the best way to describe this very comfortable condo. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Owner recommended great places to eat and visit with all being very enjoyable. Bob and Bonnie work hard to make your stay as comfortable as home. Fishing was good! This end of the key was very quiet. Nice to walk early morning with not much traffic. I would recommend this condo to any small family or couple. Stand up shower was very nice.

  WOW, WHERE DO I START, MY HUSBAND AND I HAD THE PLEASURE OF STAYING TWO WEEKS AT COZY COVE. I FOUND IT ON THE INTERNET LOOKING FOR A NICE AFFORABLE PLACE TO STAY IN SIESTA KEY. YOU KNOW HOW YOU FEAR TO BOOK SOMETHING SIGHT UNSEEN! BUT I TALKED TO THE OWNER BOB AND AS SOME FOLKS CALL HIM UNCLE BOB...AND I CAN SEE WHY!! AND MY FEARS WENT AWAY. I COULD TELL BY THE WAY HE TALKED IT WAS GOING TO BE JUST AS THE PICTURES SHOWED!! WELL IT WAS. A LITTLE PIECE OF PARADISE!! THE CONDO HAS EVERYTHING YOU COULD WANT AND MUCH MUCH MORE. NEVER HAVE WE STAYED IN A CONDO SO WELL APPOINTED. EVEN TO A EGG SLICER. AND SOMETIMES A CONDO WILL HAVE COOKWARE..BUT I WOULD NOT COOK FOOD FOR MY DOG IN THEM. IN COZY COVE THE COOKWARE ,THE KITCHEN WAS WONDERFUL!!! THE BEACH WAS RIGHT THERE JUST A SHORT WALK. WONDERFUL PLACE TO RELAX AND SEE THE BEAUTIFUL SIESTA SUN SET. THIS ONE IS A TEN. BOOK IT RIGHT AWAY...WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR GOD WILLING!! THANKS BOB AND BONNIE FOR SHARING YOUR PIECE OF PARADISE WITH US. CHUCK AND SHEILA~

  This was truly a home away from home. My sister and I made it a girls get away for a week. It was an absolutely fabulous get away. The rental included everything we needed and more. Although it rained for us on the first few days, Uncle Bob (as we call the owner of this property) had in this property everything to make the stay-in just as enjoyable as a day out in the town. The view of the water is amazing, seeing friendly people kayak and boat, as we took a nice dip in the pool. In the town which is nearby, St Armands Circle, they have some nice restaurants, shopping, and statues in the park. Its a nice stroll especially for you ladies who love to shop. ;) This was not my first stay in this property and it surely wont be the last. The owner is very nice (thus why we call him "Uncle Bob" and will rapidly assist you with any questions you may have prior to the stay or during. TWO THUMBS UP! -Sosa

• AWESOME place to stay!!!

  WOW!! Where do I begin? Our family just returned from our vacation in Siesta Key and our stay at Cozy Cove was unbelievable!! The place was well equipped and furnished with all we needed! We had so much fun!!!!! :) The room was located right above the pool and the kids could swim and we could watch from above! And if our son was not in the pool he was out fishing from the dock and we could watch from our room as well! He and his friend caught A LOT of different fish! While enjoying the stay and watching our son fish we got to see the manatees and a small shark on several different occasions! That was pretty cool! Also if you are looking for pretty sea shells this is the place to go! Our daughter was so addicted to finding them we came home with at least 200 or more of them (all shapes and sizes)! We spent plenty of time on the beach as well and couldn't believe just how beautiful it was! The sand at Siesta Key was soooooo soft and at Turtle Beach was a little hard to walk in with bare feet. But all in all both are very close and would recommend either one. Bob, the owner, was awesome to work with, was very nice, and helpful with any questions we had! He was very prompt in returning my calls, emails and even texts (lol)! Thanks Bob for opening your BEAUTIFUL home to share with others! You have an amazing place, well kept and decorated! I can't wait until next year and pray that your place is available when we decide to go back! THANK YOU again!!

  We had a lovely stay at this condo unit. Everything we needed was there. The location is great for us, being on the quiet end of Siesta Keys, we had a short walk to the beach and to a few resturants too. This condo unit is nicely decorated and quite clean. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, we had not trouble falling asleep at night. We will definitely be returning and I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a wonderful vacation. The owner's are very helpful and even called to check on our stay to make sure we didn't need anything and we were enjoying our stay. All in all a wonderful experience.
