Beautiful Lakefront condo with every amenity to make it feel like home. Spacious floor plan with 1000 square feet includes 2 bedrooms; Queen bed in Master bedroom, 2 twin beds in second bedroom, and Queen sleep sofa in living room. Fully equipped kitchen; dishwasher, washer and dryer, 3 TV's, and DVD player. Bath towels and bed linens included. Please bring your own beach towels. Easy walking distance to all of the Plantation's amenities or take a 5 minute walk to the beach or one of more than ten pools on the property.
Located in Kingston Plantation; a gated community with 24 hour security, has freshwater lakes, rolling wooded terrain, beautiful dunes and approximately 300 yards of private beach front (next to the Apache Pier). Fish at the large stock lake (catch and release), relax at one of the multiple outdoor pools throughout the complex or take a dip in the hot tub to relax those muscles after a good workout at the Sports and Racquet club with world-class tennis facilities and an indoor pool for year round use (additional cost). Poolside entertainment, bar and snack shack available during the summer season. Dining is available on-site at one of two restaurants or take a 10 minute drive to any dining experience you’d like from the Giant Crab Buffet to fine dining at Rossi’s Italian Restaurant or Thoroughbreds.
Also, less than 5 miles to the Tanger Outlets, Coastal Grand Mall, Walmart Superstore, movie theaters, Dixie Stampede, or the Carolina Opry. Just a 10 minute drive to Kroger’s Grocery and ABC Package store and much, much more. Hop in the car and take a short drive to shops, restaurants and entertainment at Barefoot Landing to the north or Broadway at the Beach to the south.

Our family loves to go to Myrtle Beach for a little getaway and this is a great place to stay. We had never stayed at Kingston Plantation before, but will defeinitely go back. It is family oriented, quiet and a good location. The condo has plenty of space, nicely furnished and most of all was very clean! You never know what will you be getting when you rent through the internet and we were quite pleased. The owners were pleasant to work with, overall a positive experience. As I said before, we would stay here there again.
Recommended for:Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

This was our 3rd summer vacationing at Kingston Plantation and we absolutely loved this condo. The location is great, the condo itself is nicely appointed and very comfortable. The screened in porch was much used - especially in the morning - nothing like drinking coffee while overlooking a beautiful pond. I would recommend this condo in a heartbeat - just don't try and rent it during MY vacation week!!!!
