This one level two bedroom, two-bath condominium is a great get-away in the desert. The great floor plan and beauty of the unit is apparent on arriving. The complex has views of Piestewa Peak (formally Squaw Peak). It is centrally located in prestigious north central Phoenix and is close to everything, while being a quiet getaway.
The Glass doors leading from the living area to a private patio make it a quiet repose while also offering a beautiful view of the swimming pool. The kitchen has been extensively remodeled featuring new granite countertops and new appliances with all the amenities. The generous and bright living room has a wood- burning fireplace with the ceiling height reaching to 9 feet high.
There are two bedrooms, which have full bathrooms, including vanities with new granite counter tops, mirrors, and lighting.
This condo is tastefully decorated in beautifully neutral colors to show case the serenity of the pool and garden setting. This complex has covered parking for the tenet and ample guest spots. It also is very secure and it is in a gated community. The complex also features a 3 private pools (one is heated), a large Jacuzzi, many barbecues, a fitness room, and a lighted tennis court.
For out door enthusiasts the condo is excellently situated on the Arizona Canal which is a 60 mile long pedestrian bike and hike trail riparian area. Fishing is also allowed in the canal.

Our daughter and son-in-law live in Phoenix, and my husband and I wanted to be near them while he worked (pastor's study and preparation week for the next year) and while I drew and painted, along with some visits with our kids. The previous review says it all; this place is ideal for work and for rest. The pool is literally outside the door, and I love to swim, so I used it once or twice daily. It provided a great "stretching" and relaxing place for my husband after many hours each day of intense work, and I loved the fact that I did not have to lock up the place in order to go swimming...I was right there beside my place. The comfort and availability to what we needed was wonderful, and it provided the quiet which we both needed. My painting is a delight to me as a reminder of this lovely retreat...it is a watercolor of the beautiful visual out the back sliding doors, which I have displayed numerous times...here in the midwest during the cold winter, we all love to look at the beautiful blue of the sky reflected in the pool, and the contrasting textures of the bushes, trees and the red rock pebbles around the plantings. Wonderful place to stay!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

Since we had sold our home in Phoenix and were waiting for our new home to be completed, we needed a furnished condo to relax in for 6 weeks. After viewing the photos, we felt that we would feel comfortable here. The photos and description do not fully convey how perfect the condo was for us. It is centrally located to just about everything - has great shopping, restaurants, hiking paths and golf closeby. The complex is extremely quiet and has 3 pools - one right outside of your patio. We met quite a few of our neighbors who were extremely welcoming. When the owner realized that my husband worked from home, he was quick to make sure that internet and email capabilities were in place for him. Although we were familiar with the area, the owner gives you a great binder with names of local restaurants and locations of grocery stores in the area. He even has a ton of pamphlets related to local points of interest for you to peruse. The property is extremely well-maintained and show signs of recent first class upgrades and renovations - all done very tastefully thanks to the owners wife, Peggy. Besides providing upgraded bedding and linens, you can be assured that you will have everything you need in the kitchen. I am an avid cook and although I brought a few of my favorite cooking tools/utensils, I found that I did not need any of them! There are comfortable twin beds in the extra bedroom that can be converted into bunk beds if you have children - how fun! The first floor location was a plus carting in groceries and the guest bath provides safety grab bars if they are needed. There is a desk in both the guest and master bedrooms - perfect for laptops or pc's. Wi-Fi works great! I would not hesitate to recommend this property -- I hope that our friends from the midwest will stay here next winter. It is an oasis in the desert and the owners are extremely caring to make sure that your stay is memorable. A great home away from home.
