Our villa is located among Orange Groves in the Orange Tree subdivision on US 27 one mile north of US 192 and 10 minutes from I-4. It is approximately ten minutes to the gates of Disney World and 30 minutes to Orlando International Airport. Many Florida attractions are within easy driving distance. The Gulf Coast can be reached in 90 minutes while the Atlantic Ocean can be reached within one hour.
Relax outside in the Mickey Mouse spa or cool down in the pool. The villa is on a corner lot, the pool is south west facing, so you will be able to soak up the sun on the sun loungers provided on the deck area mid morning to late evening. The pool area is large and easily accommodates 6 loungers. There is also a covered lanai (patio area) for those seeking shade from the hot Florida sun. A child-safety fence, between the pool and the lanai is provided which may be detached and stored when young children are supervised by adults around the pool area. Finally, a propane BBQ is available.
The 4 bedroom/3 bathroom villa is beautifully furnished throughout and sleeps up to 8 people. The family room offers total comfort with its high cathedral ceiling, flat screen LCD TV with high-definition, Nintendo Wii game system, DVD/VCR and formal dining area. This leads to the sunny eating area and kitchen which is fully equipped with every modern convenience. From here, there is direct access to the pool.
There are two Master bedrooms, (with king and queen size beds respectively) each having their own ensuite bathrooms and TV. A security lockbox is provided in one of these bedrooms. The third and fourth bedrooms both have twin beds with TVs and directly access the third bathroom.
A pool table and Foosball table, plus a selection of DVDs, videos, games, books and toys for the pool are provided to keep the whole family entertained.
Finally, our villa is equipped with a fully monitored alarm system to give our guests the peace of mind they deserve while on vacation.
Orange Tree caters to the young family as it has a children's playground, tennis courts and basketball court, all within easy walking distance. You may even see some sandhill cranes which visit the neighborhood quite frequently! You will be pleasantly surprised at the quietness of the neighborhood, excellent for enjoying relaxing quiet days/evenings around the pool. It's hard to believe that you are only ten minutes from the hustle and bustle of Disney and the tourist sites/shops of U.S. 192.
For our guests with young families we have provided a child's high chair, along with a compact stroller and a Pack n Play which can double as a crib.
There are numerous shops, restaurants and supermarkets including a Walmart Supercenter which are located within minutes of our villa. For the golf enthusiast there are many golf courses to choose from. Orange Tree is an ideal base to see what Orlando and the rest of Florida have to offer.
Every effort has been made to ensure you have the holiday of a lifetime. Our management company run a reliable, efficient management service and is well versed in all aspects of your stay. For your safety and peace of mind there is a 24 hour emergency number/direct line from the villa to their local office. If you need any advice with flights, rental car or theme park tickets, they will be happy to help point you in the right direction.

Our recent trip to the Orlando area was wonderful thanks to your beautiful home! The house was very clean and had plenty of space for our family. The house came very well equipped and included all of the basic necessities as well as some extras that I wish I had known about prior to our trip (ie, extra stroller, high chair, pack n' play, pool toys, etc). We all really enjoyed the heated pool at the end of each day. It was a nice and relaxing ending to a very busy day in the parks. During the booking process, the owner was very responsive to my questions and that made me feel like a valued guest. We also received a refund of our deposit within days of coming home. What a beautiful home! Everything one needs is there and then some. We greatly enjoyed our 2 week stay in your home as well as the area and really were not anxious to go home when the time was up. We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at your Florida home. Everything was clean and tidy. The management company was very responsive to questions that we had regarding the pool and spa heat and the TV. We would highly recommend your home as a great place to stay while vacationing in the Orlando area. It is convenient to all of the major theme parks and also close to shopping for necessities while on vacation. This was the best vacation, very close to all of the attractions that Florida has to offer, shopping and restaurants. The house was very clean and spacious. We have a son in a wheelchair and it was very easy to get him around in the house. The pool was amazing and our son just loved the hot tub shaped like Mickey Mouse. Thank you so much for the wonderful 10 day relaxing stay at your beautiful home!! We loved all of the little extra's you had around your home for us to use (movies, towels, games etc.) "Orange Tree" was a very quiet and safe neighbourhood and had lot's of restaurants and stores nearby. I have been recommending your home to friends I know that are going to be visiting Florida and will continue to do so in the future. All are Canadian citizens and residents and all have had the opportunity of renting a villa in the Orange Tree subdivision on prior occasions. All agree that it is a great way to enjoy the sun and attractions of Florida while still experiencing the comforts of home.
