WELCOME TO CASA ROBERTO. This Mediterranean style house is in the town centre on a ridge above the plaza, with the perfect location just 1 block from the town square and all services, then just 2 short blocks to the main beach. On a ridge overlooking the town plaza, beach and surf break Casa Roberto offers the ultimate retreat for those looking for easy beach access (2 minutes) spectacular views of the ocean and a central location. Very private and peaceful, the house is located above and back from the paved street which descends to the plaza.

There are four levels, each floor fully furnished with its own bathroom, bedrooms, kitchen and spacious private terrace. (We recently had a wedding reception for 50 on the rooftop terrace). Every bedroom opens to beach view balconies and at night the sound of the surf will lull you to sleep. All the bedrooms are air conditioned with the latest in mini split technology with bedside remotes. With its easy access you will not need a car for your stay in Sayulita .

On the pool level you will find many cozy sitting areas where you can take full advantage of the sun and get tanned easily and in private, while enjoying the view of the surf and the village of Sayulita below.

There are public telephones and internet cafes in the area of the plaza below.

For surfers and those who would like to learn, the waves are perfect for all skills level including beginners, intermediate, and advanced surfers. Waves break in the bay all year round with the best months being December through early April.

This fascinating house is great for families, couples and singles. Because of its design, everyone can have their privacy yet still be together in one location. You will be close to entertaining and great swimming/surfing beaches. Casa Roberto can be rented by floor or the whole house.

Top floor Alta Vista -One bedroom, bath, living room and large kitchen area and an awesome rooftop terrace with the best views in paradise.
Second floor Buena Vista -Two bedrooms, large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace facing the ocean.
Ground floor Chula Vista - Open plan. Really posh!! Granite counter tops in the kitchen and bath- one bedroom , small kitchen area.
Poolside Casita- Small one bedroom and bath.

High season is from Dec. 15 to Easter.
