Enjoy beautiful ocean sunsets from the Kiwi Cottage. This charming home includes wireless DSL internet access. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to go. Sleeping arrangements include a king size bed in the master bedroom, twin in the second bedroom, and one full size sofa sleeper in the living room. Television includes cable, VCR, and DVD player. The wood pellet stove provides warmth and romance all year round (alternate heating is also available). Gleneden Beach is a small community just a few miles south of Lincoln City. This location offers guests the privacy and appeal of the small coastal community while still being close the recreation, casino, and shopping activities of Lincoln City. The washer/dryer is out in the storage building out side.

Stayed in July 2010. The internet access had been removed prior to our arrival. So DIRTY we had to leave 2 days early. Big piles of dog doo all over yard. Rotten food behind couch etc etc (we have pictures) When we complained the rental company promised us a discounted week end (I only asked for a refund on the 2 days we couldn't stand it) It is now October and we are still waiting for the discount voucher. Don't bother. Won't be back...Recommended for: Pet owners.
Owner response: This review is a dissappointment as we take great care to make sure that the home is well cared for and welcoming. The internet has always been up and running. It is possible this renter thought it was wireless, but it is a wired connection. We did in fact have a problem with the neighbors dogs using our yard as their run area and then not cleaning it up. Once we found out, we immediately cleaned up the yard and the neighbors have since moved away. We have also made the home a non-pet home. As far as food behind the couch, it seems that the cleaners must have missed this, but this is not the norm and it is our experience that the home is always clean and well presented for the renters.
