Fabulous mountain house is located in exclusive neighborhood less than four miles to Keystone. Spectacular views of Continental Divide from back deck and sunroom which has a hot tub. Easy access to all of Summit County (Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and A-Basin). Three decks with unbelievable views! Great room has 34 foot ceiling.

Unbelievable views of the Continental Divided from back deck/sunroom.
Back yard leads to amazing unlimited hiking, biking, and cross country trails that go from Keystone to Breck. Master bedroom has a master bath with 2 person jetted tub; loft bedroom has its own private bathroom with shower. Less that twelve minutes from all of the shopping and restaurants in Summit County. Only 25 minutes to Vail!
Full oversized kitchen has all the amenities (dishes/glasses/pans/ silverware microwave/GE Profile stainless steel appliances) and plenty of room for entertaining/cooking. Great room is connected with wireless DSL internet and Direct TV.
House is in an exclusive, quiet, private neighborhood that has easy access to all of Summit County.

This house is beautiful inside and out and the pictures don't do it justice. This gorgeous house was actually cheaper to rent than some other houses we looked at that didn't even have 3 bedrooms or a private hot tub! The mountain bike/snow shoe trails are literally within 100 feet of the house and National Forest property line is within 200 yds. This is the perfect location for active visitors. Close to ski resorts and lots of space to enjoy inside with friends. I will definitely be back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers.

Year Purchased: 2006
About the owner: Owners are high school teachers/track coaches who built and designed the house. We have also designed much of the interior adding custom designed log furniture (we own a small log furniture / design company as well) We are very active (ski over 30 days a year and mountain bike all summer)
Why the Owner Chose Other Dillon Properties:
We selected this area for its outdoor beauty and unbelievable views. It is an outdoor paradise. We chose the lot to build on because of its location and beautiful views. We designed and built the house to blend in with the mountain views and be able to access the mountain trails for cross country skiing, biking and hiking. The neighborhood is one of the more exclusive in Summit County

Our decks have unparalleled views of the mountains. I can walk out my door and hike/bike/cross country ski from Keystone to Breck (including along 2 golf courses). The quiet, secluded neighborhood is spectacular (most houses range from 800,000 to 1.5 million) And it is easy access to all of Summit County!
